5 /5 Samone Rieberger: This is the most phenomenal ER in SOCAL. The staff is caring, loving, and on point. They actually have a process that is streamlined when you walk in the ER where you check in, and they call you to windows and start treating you immediately. Then they take you back to rooms marked by numbers for a triage. Then they take you back to start an IV and tests. They make you feel like you walk into family dinner they are so wonderful to patients. They have security all around the lobby, and you can also wait outside for the ER queue, and they will call your name. They provide medicine as soon as they can and take wonderful compassionate care of you. Even the people sitting in the waiting room talk to one another and are helpful. After the nightmare treatment in a supposed #1 inCA Er that was the exact opposite, this place should be ranked #1 in ER in SOCAL. There is plenty of free parking and an easy walk up to the ER. Im so happy to have come here. You should too if you need help Ina timely and compassionate manner. Whats really remarkable about this hospital is how patients help each other out. Just wow.

5 /5 Brandin Adetoye: Every time I go to a hospital and the nurses try to explain what is happening, they always explain everything to me like Im a doctor so I still never know what the hell is going on. However, Duke on the 2nd floor in the CICU explained everything that is going on with my father in a way that I can understand. He is really great at his job. Also a social worker named Jennifer S. was wonderful as well. She really took the time to make sure that I understood everything that is going on. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable, she is also really good at her job. Thank you guys for caring for my DAD.

5 /5 Mary Jean: I was discharged recently today. Wanted to give a shout-out to the awesome nurses who took care of me in the ER room and the nurses from the hospital that I can remember. From the ER room I really wanted to give special thanks to Christina, Luis, Justin and Angie. I really appreciate the enthusiasm and extra care you guys gave me. Sorry if I kept having to go to the bathroom a million times but it meant a lot that you guys were patient enough to keep hooking/unhooking me back to the machines whenever I came back. Seriously thank you for making the night go by easier before they got me a room in the hospital! You guys made me feel safe and got an awesome sense of humor. Especially you Justin! From my hospital room, the names I can remember were Josefina, Mel, and Krysten. As well as the rest of the nurses who I forgot their names but whoever was there from 11/27/24 - 11/28/24, I do appreciate your kindness and efforts for taking care of me before I went home. Overall had a very pleasant experience from all the staff that took care of me while I was there. Really appreciate you guys. Huge thank you !!!

1 /5 Debra Watkins: Very disappointed and do not recommend Dr NGO or Dr Keith Lee. My 94 year old Mom is in ICU and no one can reach him or the 3 different GI doctors he told staff that he assigned to insert the feeding tube. He has not followed up in 2 days to check and confirm the feeding tube was inserted and or any issues. My Mom has been without food for 2 days because of his negligence. He has not contacted the family after countless requests. He does NOT respond to pages by Hospital staff or phone call to his office. It is now going on 3 days that my Mom has been without the much needed nourishment for her body to heal.

5 /5 Janette Marquez: I showed up in an ambulance and was triaged immediately. Within minutes a doctor assessed the situation and sent me to a room where I started receiving IV fluids and steroids to help treat my needs. The staff was kind, energetic and extremely attentive. Thank you for the care I received and I appreciate the professionalism that you all carry throughout.

Jennuh Leigh: They refuse to listen to you, they do the tests they want and always come back with "nothing is wrong". They do not hear you and your worries/concerns. They could care less. Most of the nurses are rude and unprofessional. There are some good ones. If you have any problems, do NOT come here.

Mary: I gave one star, and thats for the few employees that really care! I have a family member there and the care in that facility is horrible! Do your research before letting your loved one go there. It should not matter if they have medi-cal or private insurance. Our loved ones should be well taken care of with dignity and respect as they would want there family members taken care of! Shame on you! The medical board or who ever over sees these seniors care needs to step in and check this place out!

LaDonna Shea: My mother recently came to live with my husband and I. Needing to find her a new PMD that took her Medicare advantage plan we found Dr. Majithia through ZocDoc. We could not be more pleased with him and his Staff. The office is extremely welcoming and friendly. Dr. Majithia is kind, patient, and thorough with his examination. My mother has had a stroke and suffers from memory lapses, Dr. Majithia was very patient with her as he spoke to her and asked his questions. Dr. Majithias bedside manner is definitely refreshing. Never was he condescending or dismissive of my mother or myself. He was very attentive. It is intimidating when searching for a new Dr, especially when you are are at the mercy of the internet. Im thankful we found the perfect match for my mother. Not to mention, my husband was so impressed with the experience, he will now be using Dr. Majithia for his PMD. I hope my post will help in your decision should you be looking for a new PMD. Dr. Majithia is definitely a breath of fresh air.

They need more Dr’s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr that’s scheduled can’t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.

GRACE FAMILY: So I recently had my truck break down and was advised that the insurance provides transportation for appointments. Initially it sounded great. Kids wont miss out and we can still get what they need. I wont have to ask anyone or feel like a burden and save in the process. I called and it sucked. Customer service sucked and as I tried to make the arrangement the lady didnt want to schedule the pick up. The lack of support is why some of us moms dont seek assistance. Ill walk them there on my back before I use this service or consider it ever again. You are better just asking someone and providing gas or seeking help from a stranger is better than this service. Less hassle and disregard because their transportation isnt affected yours is. Hopefully someone uses this concept with better outcome for families truly in need of services like this.

I had to get 2 rabies vaccines as a requirement for my veterinary technician program, and the San Bernardino Public Health Center process for making an appointment was so easy. Delightful staff! Michelle Adams-Walton: Im going to post here so there is a public record. My legal name is Michelle Adams-Walton. I am at Kindred Hospital Rancho, in Rancho Cucamonga, California I am in ICU. I have a wound vac and a wound that has fecal matter in it, when it shouldnt. The RNs here in ICU refuse to follow the guidelines from my surgeon and the in-house wound care team to not let the wound vac canister get too full which means more infection in my wound. The team in ICU have made no provision to have enough wound vac canisters on hand to prevent backwash or further infection developing, as additional canisters will be needed later tonight and tomorrow. And they have the overflowing one on hand snd one extra. Kindred Hospital Rancho does not care if I receive appropriate care. I would think this would be a liability for them. Kindred Hospitals have a habit of responding to bad reviews by suggesting the reviewer take it private. But I want this to be public so others can know the substandard care Im receiving.
