4 /5 Nora Dominguez-Robles: Staff very friendly, facility clean but a two hour wait is just too long when you are not feeling well. They need more Dr’s on staff or at least a temp pool when a Dr that’s scheduled can’t make it in. When I was finally seen, Dr. Anne S. was very helpful, got me 3 medications and a stat X-ray order for my possible acute bronchitis.

5 /5 Wendy Bartman: Got in rather quickly. Saw the doctor within a few minutes. She was very attention and understanding. Figured out the issue and gave me a needed medication. Very good experience!

5 /5 Araceli Aguilera: The wait time was the only issue. I made an appointment online and got in early to complete any paperwork. Still waited an hour before being called in. Other than that, staff is friendly, the PA was very helpful and I really liked her. She listened to my concerns and explained what I needed to do. I was in for urgent care. Will be back just knowing I will have to wait.

2 /5 Carla Johnson: The girls at the front desk were VERY unprofessional, the individual helping me was rude, never smiled, never made eye contact. All the girls were gossiping and laughing eating and drinking. The MA was dressed in shorts and regular clothes and giving incorrect information on referrals the NPs or MDs were capable of making. The NP or MD (i dont know because she didnt introduce herself and was unsure of which patient room she entered) was nice but again, lacking in efficiency and professionalism.

Michelle Adams-Walton: Im going to post here so there is a public record. My legal name is Michelle Adams-Walton. I am at Kindred Hospital Rancho, in Rancho Cucamonga, California I am in ICU. I have a wound vac and a wound that has fecal matter in it, when it shouldnt. The RNs here in ICU refuse to follow the guidelines from my surgeon and the in-house wound care team to not let the wound vac canister get too full which means more infection in my wound. The team in ICU have made no provision to have enough wound vac canisters on hand to prevent backwash or further infection developing, as additional canisters will be needed later tonight and tomorrow. And they have the overflowing one on hand snd one extra. Kindred Hospital Rancho does not care if I receive appropriate care. I would think this would be a liability for them. Kindred Hospitals have a habit of responding to bad reviews by suggesting the reviewer take it private. But I want this to be public so others can know the substandard care Im receiving.

Sophia Turner: I DO NOT Recommend the male and female PAs at the emergency room. Her name is Whitney and his name I don’t have. But very young Asian male who had no idea what he was doing. I do have a medical background. This guy did not know what fibromyalgia was. No idea of symptoms, not familiar with it at all. Did not execute a proper plan for me. I had to request medication. Underestimated everything. Most disorganized emergency room team. Nurse came to administer oral medication’s with a couple of shots.. 30 minutes later another nurse tries to come and duplicate the same order. Obviously they do not keep track nor sign off on orders completed. They do not ask if your stomach is empty or so, and they gave you an overload of drugs once you “coach” them. I nearly fainted, I felt terrible after my blood pressure dropped with a second shot for pain. They will not monitor the patient. They’ll send you back to the lobby to take care of yourself! What kind of care is this??. I don’t know why they also gave me nausea medicine when I was not nauseous. They played the guessing game. It is awful. I believe these two can kill people and do not save lives very often. Could not help to notice the lack of efficiency from the whole team. The nurses and doctors. Playing around in the back, chatting, socializing with the waiting room full of patients. Absolutely NEVER coming back. Trashy and very dirty looking ER. Sad.

Valeria Martínez: Yesterday I had to leave because the registration lady kept calling everyone but me. People who hadn’t got there before me. I waited for an hour and was told people who have appointments are getting checked in. So am I supposed to wait the entire day?? Not to mention how the volunteer receptionist was working while the other was on her phone and taking her sweet time. My mom recommended this place to me because they are fast and provide good care most of the time. As my first experience here I’m never coming back. I understand the 2 star rating now.

Angelique Hernandez: We just recently moved to California and my daughter needed her last set of vaccines. We are switching insurances so our pediatrician stated we would be able to schedule at a health center for a low cost visit. This location is about 20 minutes from us so the drive was fairly quick. In the morning, this location was well kept and everyone was very friendly. There is paperwork to fill out beforehand which is pretty common for new patients. We did have to wait a little over an hour to be called back. At this point my daughter was getting a little fussy. The nurse was super friendly and we were out within 10 minutes of being called back. All of the staff was helpful!

H Par: If i could give them zero stars i would , i got there at three there was maybe 10 ppl in the waiting room by maybe 5 i was the only one left and still no called up at all just for vitals and i was told i needed to go to the ER for emergency surgery which i told them and they staight up told me when i asked why i havent been seen "people who have colds arent important and they are seeeing the most important ppl first" at that point i left and went to kaiser. I was there in chino in pain and no one cared , if i had lnt gone to another hospital and gotten treatment i would of sued
