We are switching insurances so our pediatrician stated we would be able to schedule at a health center for a low cost visit. This location is about 20 minutes from us so the drive was fairly quick. In the morning, this location was well kept and everyone was very friendly. There is paperwork to fill out beforehand which is pretty common for new patients. We did have to wait a little over an hour to be called back. At this point my daughter was getting a little fussy. The nurse was super friendly and we were out within 10 minutes of being called back. All of the staff was helpful!
Chino Valley Medical Center: Emergency Room - Chino H Par: If i could give them zero stars i would , i got there at three there was maybe 10 ppl in the waiting room by maybe 5 i was the only one left and still no called up at all just for vitals and i was told i needed to go to the ER for emergency surgery which i told them and they staight up told me when i asked why i havent been seen "people who have colds arent important and they are seeeing the most important ppl first" at that point i left and went to kaiser. I was there in chino in pain and no one cared , if i had lnt gone to another hospital and gotten treatment i would of sued
Inland Physicians Medical Group - Upland Richard Laguna: I have found that the support staff is very efficient. Wait times are always kept to a minimum and the doctor listens, informs and together we developed the best heath care approach to meet my individual needs.
VCA California Veterinary Specialists-Ontario - Ontario Amber Craddock: This hospital is exceptional!!! My little dachshund lost function of his back legs on Wednesday morning. He was seen through the ER and had surgery with Dr. Wachowiak the next day. Every single person at this hospital from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors truly cares about the patients as if they were their own. Frank is back home and on the mend. I am so grateful to every member of this hospital!!! Special thank you to Dr. Wachowiak for squeezing Frank in to your already fully booked schedule, Ana for keeping him safe under anesthesia, and the entire ER team for providing exceptional nursing care pre and post op!!! You guys are amazing!!! I am forever grateful!!!!

Carbon Health Urgent Care Chino - Country Fair Shopping Center - Chino Chen Chrissy Rinka “Rinka”: I came here for my physical exam due to a work requirement. My doctors office refused to provide the necessary document because my employer didnt supply a template. So, I searched online and found Carbon Health. I made an appointment online, scheduled the physical exam, and paid out of my own pocket. The front staff were very nice. My appointment was at 11:15; I arrived about 20 minutes early and only had to wait for 10 minutes. The PA, Catherine Chan, did an excellent job. The entire service, including my paperwork, took only 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Carbon Health for their efficiency and excellent service.
California Institute of CardioVascular Health - Rancho Cucamonga Desiree Miranda: The office is very clean and the staff were super friendly. Everyone did a great job explaining the testing to me which was helpful since it was my first time at a cardiologist. The Dr was very nice and thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and explain. I highly reccomend!
