My first visit with her last week was wonderful, she’s very professional, she listened to all my concerns and didn’t rush me, unlike other doctors she took her time with me. For the first time I felt like I have been listened. She really cares for her patients. She’s also very sweet. I’m very happy I found Rancho Wellness and thankful to Barbara for her compassion and kindness.

1 /5 Fabbie Razo: I am so disappointed. Ive been a patient at Rancho Wellness for a long time. Back when we were able to see Dr. Singh. Unfortunately, it has become such an enterprise with three PAs in addition to Dr. Singh. However, my disappointment is because, I have a recurring sinus issue and I wanted to be seen in case Im at the point of requiring antibiotics, except they wont schedule an appointment as they dont accept anyone "sick" or with symptoms. They offered me a tele-medicine appointment where I can relay my symptoms but they wont look up my nose, ears or throat. Where are we that medical providers wont take care of one because one is sick?? Beyond baffled and disappointed!

5 /5 Jasmine McKenzie: NP Heidi Larson is the greatest! I’ve been to many medical professionals and when I tell you she takes her time, I can’t explain in words. She’s ready, able and willing to answer any and all questions which is rare to find. Most importantly, she doesn’t make me feel like cattle being herded along. She shows compassion and treats me like a valued patient. Not to mention she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The staff is very courteous and professional. Wait times are pretty much non-existent. You check in and are called within 5-10 minutes.

5 /5 pony boy: This was my first visit to Rancho Wellness to see Dr. SINGH. I found Dr. Singh to be very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I did not feel rushed at all when going over my previous medical history. He really seemed to care about the things that we discussed. Furthermore, I found his staff to be very professional and friendly too. I had been seeing my past Doctor for around 25 years prior to his retirement. My wife and I were stressed about finding a new family physician but after my first visit here, I now feel that my wife and I have found a new medical professional for now and in the future. Dr. Singh had been referred to me by two medical professionals and I know why. My wife and I are very happy.

5 /5 Anita Arias: NP Barbara Santacruz is INCREDIBLE! I started at Rancho Wellness last year when my primary care retired and I couldnt be happier! I have seen her for yearly wellness and for nonallergic rhinitis and her thoroughness, knowledge are remarkable. She takes the time to explain and answer questions and finds solutions. If you are looking for a primary look no further. Rancho Wellness and all their staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I am so happy to have them as my primary.
