1 /5 GRACE FAMILY: So I recently had my truck break down and was advised that the insurance provides transportation for appointments. Initially it sounded great. Kids wont miss out and we can still get what they need. I wont have to ask anyone or feel like a burden and save in the process. I called and it sucked. Customer service sucked and as I tried to make the arrangement the lady didnt want to schedule the pick up. The lack of support is why some of us moms dont seek assistance. Ill walk them there on my back before I use this service or consider it ever again. You are better just asking someone and providing gas or seeking help from a stranger is better than this service. Less hassle and disregard because their transportation isnt affected yours is. Hopefully someone uses this concept with better outcome for families truly in need of services like this.

5 /5 Yvette Tatum: Im without transportation and have medical and finance limitations, but fortunately IEHP offers transportation for free for their clients who need their service to get to and from Doctors appointments, pharmacy and urgent care visits. They take you and pick you up. They also accommodate patients with canes, walkers, scooters and wheelchairs.This service has made my life and ability to take care of my medical needs possible and convenient. Thank you IEHP staff and drivers.

1 /5 1503 ONERUS: Hello to all who has had a terrible experience with IEHP team members , representatives ECT ect. Dont feel like you are alone. Heres my experience with these robots who answer the calls from clients. I call them robots because they have no compassion or gray area in their programed lives Im a caregiver and I recently switched over my client/brother whom Ive served for the last 20 years to Iehp because he is in need of dental work . Keep in mind I did the switch me the caregiver/ brother. And the person who helped me had no problem switching it she knew I was not the person whom the insurance was for I explained that my brother/ client is mentally handicapped and is unable to answer questions well he gits frustrated goes of course ect. That is why Im doing it. No problem the Iehp rep said she took care of it I also stressed to her that we need to keep the same Dr she said no problem your doctor is in the Iehp network there will be no hiccups everything will be smooth. She even put down in notes that client has to have someone speak for him cause stuff he may not understand. We hang up wait for insurance cards and the primary Dr we asked for wasnt on card . It was one Iehp picked. So I call back and they wont even speak to me they want to speak to my brother/ client good luck I told hes got a mind of 3to 5 year old . We went back and forth on hippa laws ECT and how they Iehp can get in trouble talking the me with out the right forms. Well I get it BUT WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DID THEY ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO SIGN UP ANOTHER PERSON TO THIER INSURANCE COMPANY IF THEY ARE SO BY THE BOOK? I TOLD THE REP. IF I CANT SPEAK FOR MY CLIENT/ BROTHER THEN HOW DID WE GET HERE I SHOULDNT BE HAVING THIS CONVO WITH YOU BECAUSE I NEVER SHOULD OF BEEN ALLOWED TO SIGHN MY CLIENT UP . can someone here give me some advice on what I should do. Yes conservative ship is in the process I just started it due to my father just passed and he would make the decisions being the parent.

Covered California portion of iehp GET IT TOGETHER ! I was getting different information from different reps. And your policies do not match your actual time frames for payments nor for authorizations. Get it fckn together it’s a medical insurance you’re dealing with sick people sometimes death or life. Once again I want to thank MICHELLE for going above and beyond to help me find resolutions with issues I was having with iehp. Amazing person!

Kindred Hospital Rancho - Rancho Cucamonga

Michelle Adams-Walton: Im going to post here so there is a public record. My legal name is Michelle Adams-Walton. I am at Kindred Hospital Rancho, in Rancho Cucamonga, California I am in ICU. I have a wound vac and a wound that has fecal matter in it, when it shouldnt. The RNs here in ICU refuse to follow the guidelines from my surgeon and the in-house wound care team to not let the wound vac canister get too full which means more infection in my wound. The team in ICU have made no provision to have enough wound vac canisters on hand to prevent backwash or further infection developing, as additional canisters will be needed later tonight and tomorrow. And they have the overflowing one on hand snd one extra. Kindred Hospital Rancho does not care if I receive appropriate care. I would think this would be a liability for them. Kindred Hospitals have a habit of responding to bad reviews by suggesting the reviewer take it private. But I want this to be public so others can know the substandard care Im receiving.

Sophia Turner: I DO NOT Recommend the male and female PAs at the emergency room. Her name is Whitney and his name I don’t have. But very young Asian male who had no idea what he was doing. I do have a medical background. This guy did not know what fibromyalgia was. No idea of symptoms, not familiar with it at all. Did not execute a proper plan for me. I had to request medication. Underestimated everything. Most disorganized emergency room team. Nurse came to administer oral medication’s with a couple of shots.. 30 minutes later another nurse tries to come and duplicate the same order. Obviously they do not keep track nor sign off on orders completed. They do not ask if your stomach is empty or so, and they gave you an overload of drugs once you “coach” them. I nearly fainted, I felt terrible after my blood pressure dropped with a second shot for pain. They will not monitor the patient. They’ll send you back to the lobby to take care of yourself! What kind of care is this??. I don’t know why they also gave me nausea medicine when I was not nauseous. They played the guessing game. It is awful. I believe these two can kill people and do not save lives very often. Could not help to notice the lack of efficiency from the whole team. The nurses and doctors. Playing around in the back, chatting, socializing with the waiting room full of patients. Absolutely NEVER coming back. Trashy and very dirty looking ER. Sad.

I waited for an hour and was told people who have appointments are getting checked in. So am I supposed to wait the entire day?? Not to mention how the volunteer receptionist was working while the other was on her phone and taking her sweet time. My mom recommended this place to me because they are fast and provide good care most of the time. As my first experience here I’m never coming back. I understand the 2 star rating now.

Angelique Hernandez: We just recently moved to California and my daughter needed her last set of vaccines. We are switching insurances so our pediatrician stated we would be able to schedule at a health center for a low cost visit. This location is about 20 minutes from us so the drive was fairly quick. In the morning, this location was well kept and everyone was very friendly. There is paperwork to fill out beforehand which is pretty common for new patients. We did have to wait a little over an hour to be called back. At this point my daughter was getting a little fussy. The nurse was super friendly and we were out within 10 minutes of being called back. All of the staff was helpful!

H Par: If i could give them zero stars i would , i got there at three there was maybe 10 ppl in the waiting room by maybe 5 i was the only one left and still no called up at all just for vitals and i was told i needed to go to the ER for emergency surgery which i told them and they staight up told me when i asked why i havent been seen "people who have colds arent important and they are seeeing the most important ppl first" at that point i left and went to kaiser. I was there in chino in pain and no one cared , if i had lnt gone to another hospital and gotten treatment i would of sued

Amber Craddock: This hospital is exceptional!!! My little dachshund lost function of his back legs on Wednesday morning. He was seen through the ER and had surgery with Dr. Wachowiak the next day. Every single person at this hospital from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors truly cares about the patients as if they were their own. Frank is back home and on the mend. I am so grateful to every member of this hospital!!! Special thank you to Dr. Wachowiak for squeezing Frank in to your already fully booked schedule, Ana for keeping him safe under anesthesia, and the entire ER team for providing exceptional nursing care pre and post op!!! You guys are amazing!!! I am forever grateful!!!!
