    Rory Murphy: My wife came in for a dog bite alone and scared. After providing her insurance information the gentleman(Kirk was the only name provided) who was "helping" her told her that her co-pay was $200, which she objected to because we have excellent insurance and an ER visit is less(is there some insurance where Urgent Care co-pay is higher?) . She confirmed with our insurance(which I later did as well, including confirming it is in-network) and should be only $20. She also requested to just be billed as she knew this was a mistake and he told her she could go somewhere else. She ended up just paying the $200, which he “fixed” later after she mentioned that her husband was on his way. This is not acceptable behavior for someone who should be providing services like this and I am deeply concerned by her treatment. I attempted to discuss these concerns with the administration and was ignored so I have decided to post it here. The rest of the staff seemed professional per her account, except the administrative response to me. Unsure if this was some form of discrimination or just plain incompetence by the employee. Doubt anything will happen, and all I wanted was an apology to her. Compassion should be the first response in a situation like this.

    Rebecca Rodriguez: Dr Alb is a caring and compassionate dr. He takes his time hearing your concerns and explains everything very well. The wait time is a little long about 2-3 hours but Dr Alb is worth it. His wife is also a dr there and she is an excellent dr as well. If youre looking for a good dr, then you should go see Dr Alb!

    spooky boy: Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I am always impressed with their organization as well as how quickly I’m able to start my appointment. This treatment has worked wonders for me. I went from constant emotional instability and intense immobilizing swings of depression to appropriate emotional responses and more manageable depression. The combination of meds and Tms treatments have made life so significantly better. It’s very tough having major depression and knowing that you don’t have a reason to be so miserable, if you have the option to try Tms please consider KAB psychiatry group to preform your treatment.

    Gabrielle Felix: Please do yourself a favor and do not see Dr. Polak. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm, but I got a call from the office saying they would be able to take me in earlier. I arrived there at 12:15pm, I was not seen until 2:30pm, then I had to wait for a referral and prescription… I did not leave the office until 3:30pm. So unless you have a few hours blocked off in your day, don’t expect this to be a quick visit. Beware of what her diagnosis is as well. I went in for an ear infection and came out diagnosed with an ear infection, thrush??, and a mass on my breast.?? I was terrified and do not wish that anxiety on anyone. I’ve have obviously changed doctors.

    Susan K: The PA is a really great guy, good doctor who spends time with me and is a great listener. However, the front desk people are worthless. The nurses who call you are terrible. I have to call and hassle them for results on anything and everything I do. The nurse is the one to call me about a polyp and when I go to read the actual medical notes some visits later it turns out it was polyps plural. She didnt say that. I had to call from another state to tell my Dr I needed a prescription and I called at 7am and they didnt get back to me until 4:45 even though I called again in the middle of the day. I will be switching offices. Your staff is terrible. Even the nurse who took my blood across the street from your office says your staff leaves a lot to be desired.

    Marcos C: Our experience here may differ based on what youre looking for. We do not recommend this doctor/office as a primary care physician. The receptionists do not pick-up the phone, when you leave a voicemail message (and they say theyll call back within 30 minutes), they never call you back. We had to drive to the office to speak to them in person to get what we needed. While in the office and we verbally said we had to drive there because they dont pick up the phone, other patients waiting there nodded there head in agreement and told us it is always a pain to get in touch with them and for them to follow up. The doctor himself seems to be an acceptable doctor, not horrible, not great. This doctor/offices specialty seems to be immigration medical exams.

    Richard D Sheresh: Dr Padilla and his staff are really great at diagnosing and treating medical issues that arise. I have been a patient for a few years and have had several problems come up that were resolved by changing or adding new medications or lifestyle changes. I have been able to get appointments in a reasonable time. I have experienced a staff that is caring and focused on my health issues. I’m very fortunate to be a patient.
