She constantly interrupts and speaks over the patient. I feel she doesnt look for alternative treatments that can possibly help/ treat the patient. Very tunnel vision.

1 /5 Valeria Carrillo: The doctor was completely unprofessional. It was my first time seeing her in order to establish care with her as my primary physician. She walked into the room without introducing herself and started to ask if I was taking medication for a condition I had no idea I had. I informed her that I had never been prescribed such medication as I was never informed I had that condition. She then continued to express herself in a condescending manner when I tried to go through some of my medical history with her, again, since this was my very first appointment with her. She did not make me feel like she cared for my health. I felt like I was another patient to check off her list. She was in the room no more than 10 minutes. I will be looking for a different PCP to say the least.

1 /5 Stephanie Medina: Worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. She did not introduce herself from the start, was really insensitive to my care plan and did not actively hear any of my concerns. She continuously cut me off multiple times while I was expressing my concerns to her. There was no compassion or professionalism. She was just glued to her computer during the visit, offered no real solutions and was uninterested in providing any treatment/care. Provider seemed more annoyed that I was seeking help instead of treating.

Sandra Jeans: Dr. Shachar is the epitome of care, compassion and superb medical intelligence. I have been her patient for many years, and I can truthfully state that she always goes above and beyond. She takes the time to genuinely listen, read all lab results, etc.... so she can assure the best possible solution for the short and long term. When I needed physical therapy or a prescription refilled her staff is right on it. I seriously have never seen such high regard in even the small stuff that truly does make a huge difference in the entire experience. When I was concerned about a lab result, she returned my message that day putting me at great peace. (I mean how many doctors respond that quickly knowing that youre in distress) She takes the time to answer questions. Her passion and concern is evident. I feel blessed to have such an outstanding and amazing doctor.

A.J. Perez: My family member went to her appointment with this doctor and she was treated unprofessionally, rudely. He acts like hes in a bad mood and speaks down to his patients. The office staff staff also is unprofessional. They ignore the patients because theyre busy talking amongst themselves. Its like the doctor and his staff are bothered by their patients. Another patient was there getting her records and changing doctors because of the horrible service and bedside manner. He needs to be talked to by a grievance officer and my family member intends to start the process.

We have been here three times and all three times our insurance has been billed for both an urgent care trip and an hospital outpatient trip. So we get billed for 2 separate co-pays.
