5 /5 Richard D Sheresh: Dr Padilla and his staff are really great at diagnosing and treating medical issues that arise. I have been a patient for a few years and have had several problems come up that were resolved by changing or adding new medications or lifestyle changes. I have been able to get appointments in a reasonable time. I have experienced a staff that is caring and focused on my health issues. I’m very fortunate to be a patient.

1 /5 N S: The Padilla Family for some reason gives my mothers information to my father and allows him to ask for any medication he wants in her name without her consent. My mother has been separated from my father for over 5 years and my mother filed for divorce in 2020. My father has also been an aggressor towards my mother and he does not want her to prosper in life because of money. That’s why we have been in a turmoil for years as a family. My father has been arrested for domestic violence and assault. And not counting all the times he has gotten away with cruelty. Yet, for some reason this place continues to respect him and not my mothers wishes. Even though she’s called them various times and explained her situation to them. I hope their policy changes and they only prescribe or relinquish information when the patient calls or asks, and not when a family member or spouse calls or emails. When they fully know of their personal situation.

2 /5 49cheychey: Doctors-amazing. Office staff- desperately needs work. I had an appointment scheduled for today for almost three months, left work early, drove thirty miles from work to the office to find it closed for remodeling. I never got an email, text, call, carrier pigeon, nothing. This is not the first time I’ve fallen through the cracks, calling to request a refill and being told I haven’t been to the office in over a year and needed to come in, which was not true as I had been there four months prior. Call the next day and get someone else who easily pulls up my chart and confirms I can get a refill without coming in and I had infact been there when I said I was. If the doctors weren’t so amazing and actually helpful with my issues it would be one star. Do better.

5 /5 Victor Fer: As always going to be honest. I am very grateful of the care my mother has received from Dr Padilla and his staff. 93 years young and strong. He has always consistently provided her with the best explanation of symptoms with care and respect. Love and respect to the Doctor

2 /5 Holly Erevera Santos: This place follows up on my health and takes care of what my problems. They did lab results thats helping me solve my health issues since my previous doctor at Operation Samahan in National City didnt do nothing to figure out what was mentally and physically wrong with me. I only been with them for a year and the only problem I have is that my contact information was incorrect. Which I didnt get my medication for awhile and I repeatedly told them my phone number and they gave my personal lab results in the mail when it was suppose to be private. I have no complaints about the doctor yet and Im just assuming that the inaccurate information is from my previous clinic or the people in the front desk is messing up. Ill wait for a few more years to see if this place deserves a five stars.
