Sandra Jeans: Dr. Shachar is the epitome of care, compassion and superb medical intelligence. I have been her patient for many years, and I can truthfully state that she always goes above and beyond. She takes the time to genuinely listen, read all lab results, etc.... so she can assure the best possible solution for the short and long term. When I needed physical therapy or a prescription refilled her staff is right on it. I seriously have never seen such high regard in even the small stuff that truly does make a huge difference in the entire experience. When I was concerned about a lab result, she returned my message that day putting me at great peace. (I mean how many doctors respond that quickly knowing that youre in distress) She takes the time to answer questions. Her passion and concern is evident. I feel blessed to have such an outstanding and amazing doctor.
A.J. Perez: My family member went to her appointment with this doctor and she was treated unprofessionally, rudely. He acts like hes in a bad mood and speaks down to his patients. The office staff staff also is unprofessional. They ignore the patients because theyre busy talking amongst themselves. Its like the doctor and his staff are bothered by their patients. Another patient was there getting her records and changing doctors because of the horrible service and bedside manner. He needs to be talked to by a grievance officer and my family member intends to start the process.
Rachael Nesseth: The front office staff, nurses, and Doctors are great. But watch out they double bill your insurance. We have been here three times and all three times our insurance has been billed for both an urgent care trip and an hospital outpatient trip. So we get billed for 2 separate co-pays. Currently fighting over them all. As no where is it listed as an ER or that it will be billed like on on top of being billed for urgent care. Other than that its great
Valerie California: Super unprofessional, the girls up front get paid to do nothing, they never answer the phone and when they do they bullshit. Waited over 5 months for a follow up and just ended up going with a different doctor who was on top of it. From first appointment to surgery day it was a 3 week time period. Dr. Huang needs to do better and get on top of his employees. And those girls need to get a different job if they don’t like what they do.
Isaac Sanchez: By far the best experience Ive had in any medical clinic. When I first arrived the staff greets you like youre in a five star hotel. The staff is obviously trained and treated well my management.
While getting checked in, Ive been offered coffee, water, or anything that will make my wait for comfortable. The nurses are not rushed and always ask if I have any questions.
I recomend this place for any of your urgent care needs.
