Isaac Sanchez: By far the best experience Ive had in any medical clinic. When I first arrived the staff greets you like youre in a five star hotel. The staff is obviously trained and treated well my management.
While getting checked in, Ive been offered coffee, water, or anything that will make my wait for comfortable. The nurses are not rushed and always ask if I have any questions.
I recomend this place for any of your urgent care needs.
guillermo sanchez: DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! My wife is a high risk pregnancy with twins and he did not take any notes and didn’t take it seriously but when it came down to transferring to another doctor he didn’t give details or information about my wife being pregnant with twins or give any other details at all about the pregnancy. We had to go to the hospital due to a hemorrhage one day and when we tried to give him the paper work and tell him about he dismissed it and glanced at the paper for maybe 5 seconds if that and said “it should be a normal pregnancy now.” Everytime we go in for an appointment it takes well over an hour to be seen and he literally is in the room for less than 2-3 mins max and tells us some bs. While my wife tried to give him information about her family history about high risk pregnancy running in her family he dismissed it and didn’t even mention it while transferring information as well. The last time we went and saw him he was going to schedule an appointment for my wife almost 2 months out! SHE IS HAVING TWINS! all the research and families I’ve spoken with that have twins in their family have ALL said they were seen atleast twice a month due to the type of pregnancy. Due to the time of the appointment I felt like he wanted to get it over with and just go home since it was almost closing time. Me and my wife highly advise not seeing this doctor especially if you’re high risk. He doesn’t listen and also his on call doctors are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL. While my wife was bleeding a lot and panicking she contacted the on call number over the weekend and the answering service answered and she gave details (obviously a little scared and panicking) and they responded by TEXTING “do you want the on call doctor to call?” After 45 mins -an hour we are in the emergency room and THEY FINALLY CALL and tell her to get plenty of bed rest and no sex…….. we didn’t give any information about being intimate or her doing any type of physical activity and that’s the response we got. I hope people have a different experience than we did and I hope they atleast correct these issues. That’s just insane highly unprofessional. We definitely didn’t feel like we were in good care.
Nancy Bradford: I made an appointment to see Dr Michele Lamantia as a new patient a few weeks in advance. I arrived early for my appointment anticipating extra paperwork to fill out, but when I told the desk person who I was there to see she just stated that the doctor was not in. I told her that nobody had called me to cancel the appointment and she just stared with a dull look and asked me if I wanted to see another provider. Why would I want to see another provider if I was a new patient of Dr Lamantia. In addition, the "lobby", for lack of a better word looked like a waiting room youd see in a third world country. What a dump!
J. Manuel Moreno, ASA: Doctor Iris Ha is a professional medical doctor. She took the time to examine my records and recommended further continuation on previous health issue. She treated today health issue carefully, finding and telling me what was wrong, and how to resolve it. She made recommendations about consulting an specialist if the issue persists.
Id like to keep in touch with Dr. Ha to hear lab results and recovery process.
Jocelyne Mendias: I never really write bad reviews or any reviews really, but I just wanted to write about this place so that I can feel calmer in my own head about it. This place was awful, but thats not to say all staff were awful. I came into this place during a rough patch in my life and maybe I was meant to come here. For whatever reason I got brought here, I hope I made a change in the way they ran things. I had evidence that this place was lying to their patients about dates/times and probably other things I could not comprehend at the time. I hope the good staff stayed to make it better and to the staff that was rude to me and other patients...I hope you quit and left...and if youre reading this review and still decide to give this place a chance...keep an eye out!
Kimberly Brown: I went in 4 days ago for outpatient surgery. The staff could not of been better. They were all very attentive, kind, and caring. I was nervous about my procedure and they made me feel at ease, both before and afterwards. The Center was clean and well kept. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience.
