2 /5 Marcos C: Our experience here may differ based on what youre looking for. We do not recommend this doctor/office as a primary care physician. The receptionists do not pick-up the phone, when you leave a voicemail message (and they say theyll call back within 30 minutes), they never call you back. We had to drive to the office to speak to them in person to get what we needed. While in the office and we verbally said we had to drive there because they dont pick up the phone, other patients waiting there nodded there head in agreement and told us it is always a pain to get in touch with them and for them to follow up. The doctor himself seems to be an acceptable doctor, not horrible, not great. This doctor/offices specialty seems to be immigration medical exams.

1 /5 Collins Mensah: If you are looking to get immigration physical performed, PLEASE,PLEASE, PLEASE, stay away from this doctor. If I could give zero star, I would so here goes 1 star. Please stay away, save money and time and go to another Doctor. DR. Jose Ramiro Lopez, is a great alternative. I was happy that they have a same day walk in, however, that is an absolute waste of time since I have to start the process all over again with another doctor. Dr. Heredia and his office refused to issue a prescription for required immigration vaccinations needed to get them free at a government facility. They rather recommended that I go to a pharmacy and pay over $600 in vaccinations that are given free at a government facility with a prescription from a doctor. I am very bitter, at least they refunded my $200 because I never got to talk to the doctor. Also, the office left out some vital lab work required and I have to go pay another money for another lab work. Such unprofessional behavior of a licensed doctor who is supposed to be specialized in immigration physical. Please stay away, save money and time and go to another Doctor. DR. Jose Ramiro Lopez, is a great alternative.

1 /5 Pinar Kale: Very disorganized. I called them early morning for a medical exam and was told to walk in anytime before lunch time which is 12pm . I got there at 11 am and was told that the nurse is on her break and doctor changed her lunch time today. Soo I was told to come back at 1 pm . I left and googled and found another doctor(Jose Maria Partida MD) within 5 minutes and they were amazing and did the job in 5 minutes...

But if your needs extend past 1 office visit, skip past this place.

Sandra Jeans: Dr. Shachar is the epitome of care, compassion and superb medical intelligence. I have been her patient for many years, and I can truthfully state that she always goes above and beyond. She takes the time to genuinely listen, read all lab results, etc.... so she can assure the best possible solution for the short and long term. When I needed physical therapy or a prescription refilled her staff is right on it. I seriously have never seen such high regard in even the small stuff that truly does make a huge difference in the entire experience. When I was concerned about a lab result, she returned my message that day putting me at great peace. (I mean how many doctors respond that quickly knowing that youre in distress) She takes the time to answer questions. Her passion and concern is evident. I feel blessed to have such an outstanding and amazing doctor.

A.J. Perez: My family member went to her appointment with this doctor and she was treated unprofessionally, rudely. He acts like hes in a bad mood and speaks down to his patients. The office staff staff also is unprofessional. They ignore the patients because theyre busy talking amongst themselves. Its like the doctor and his staff are bothered by their patients. Another patient was there getting her records and changing doctors because of the horrible service and bedside manner. He needs to be talked to by a grievance officer and my family member intends to start the process.

We have been here three times and all three times our insurance has been billed for both an urgent care trip and an hospital outpatient trip. So we get billed for 2 separate co-pays. Currently fighting over them all. As no where is it listed as an ER or that it will be billed like on on top of being billed for urgent care. Other than that its great

Waited over 5 months for a follow up and just ended up going with a different doctor who was on top of it. From first appointment to surgery day it was a 3 week time period. Dr. Huang needs to do better and get on top of his employees. And those girls need to get a different job if they don’t like what they do.
