Marcos C: Our experience here may differ based on what youre looking for.
We do not recommend this doctor/office as a primary care physician. The receptionists do not pick-up the phone, when you leave a voicemail message (and they say theyll call back within 30 minutes), they never call you back. We had to drive to the office to speak to them in person to get what we needed. While in the office and we verbally said we had to drive there because they dont pick up the phone, other patients waiting there nodded there head in agreement and told us it is always a pain to get in touch with them and for them to follow up.
The doctor himself seems to be an acceptable doctor, not horrible, not great.
This doctor/offices specialty seems to be immigration medical exams.
Richard D Sheresh: Dr Padilla and his staff are really great at diagnosing and treating medical issues that arise. I have been a patient for a few years and have had several problems come up that were resolved by changing or adding new medications or lifestyle changes. I have been able to get appointments in a reasonable time. I have experienced a staff that is caring and focused on my health issues. I’m very fortunate to be a patient.
L M: No stars.. You will never see a doctor unless you are scheduled for a procedure. At the surgery Center ( ALFA) and even then , the doctor does not even speak with you. The office ( practice ) is being run by medical assistants.. People doing tests, giving you results and sending rx to pharmacies.
