Christie Ko We see Dr. Stabile and Dr. Clark in pediatrics and I love this location. Its usually quite quick and easy to get an appointment (even same day for things like ear pain, etc.), the check in process is seamless (we usually walk right in). The staff are awesome and the doctors and nurses are great with kids. I never feel hurried, and I never really have to wait. Great experience.

clifton clarke My experience on Tuesday, February 26 was very good. I was late for my medical appointment, due to traffic. The receptionist at the check-in desk was very understanding and did her best to get me in. I did not wait long before I was seen by Dr ting, and his staffs.

Rafael Souza I had an appointment scheduled and my medical approval was pending and when it was approved I informed them that I would call to give them the card number to compensate for the consultation fee. They informed me that I didnt need to call and they would send a message with the number so I I did so, the message was not seen and the charge was made and now they say they do not accept my insurance coverage! Because the message wasnt seen, I went to the appointment and thought everything was fine when in fact it wasnt! because if the message had been seen, I believe they would have informed me that my insurance was not accepted and I would not have gone to the appointment!

Linda The sleep clinic experience was challenging because I had considerable difficulty falling asleep. Nevertheless the technician was very flexible and able to collect enough data to make a diagnosis, My appointments (initial and follow up) with Dr. Lim were highly satisfactory and informative. She has also been very accessible via email.

Muhammad Jehangir Amjad I had a pretty awful experience. After making me hold for about 7+ mins, the person at the reception hung up while I was mid-sentence simply stating what I was looking for. They just said they "arent accepting new patients" and hung up without even verifying if thats what I wanted (I barely said five words about finding their contact information on the Anthem website). I understand theyre likely very busy but one should still expect bare minimum courtesy from the staff.

Also very helpful and upfront about pricing and estimates and letting us know which things are recommended and which things are optional in the interest of our dog. The front desk, tech and other staff are also fabulous. We always feel like they are part of the team who helps us take the best care of our pets. Peter Bouskos I came to the San Carlos PAMF Urgent Care on Saturday morning. I was taken in quickly. They took my vitals and info before the Dr arrived. Very friendly and professional. The Dr arrived just after and read my charts and examined me. She understood my condition and prescribed the medication needed and sent to my Pharmacy. This was the quickest “In & Out” of Urgent Care with accuracy and professionalism. Thank you , so much. I’m feeling better already.

susan campo Very short wait to be seen at this Urgent Care as I walked in ,no appointment. Seen by very efficient nurse taking my information and vitals. Next a very kind doctor who took my story and did examine. She ordered X-rays and they were done with short wait time, then I went home. Doctor called with results in short time and had very good outcome. Overall an excellent experience.

Ann Cullen I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Khosla, and, trying to coordinate my availability and hers, it was several weeks out. While it was not an urgent issue (something I had been intending to discuss with a dermatologist for years…), I was hoping to have it resolved as soon as possible. Dr. Khosla added me to a waitlist, and I ended up being able to see her the same week. The office itself is great; very calming and welcoming. The visit was well-coordinated, and Dr. Khosla was able to assess my skin concern and perform the related procedure during the same visit. Thank you, Dr. Khosla!

Jasmine Rishi I have been seeing Dr. Khosla for my skin for 5+ years now & I dont trust anyone else! As a brown woman - I struggle with hyperpigmentation & scarring from acne. Dr. Khosla has helped me with both proactive & reactive treatment for these skin issues. My skin has completely transformed for the better under her care. Cant recommend enough.

Yvonne Yim I am a brand new patient to Kaiser. The fact that Dr Pang pulled my medical history and studied them thoroughly before my appointment with her had me floored. I am truly grateful for her professionalism and she has wonderful bedside manners.

David Frank My appointment with Amal Salah Elsohemy MD was one of the best Kaiser experiences Ive ever had. She was engaging, completely diagnosed me properly and prescribed medication that had me feeling better within 24 hours. She was also very personable and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. I couldnt recommend her more highly. (unless you change your number scale to 1-25)

John Cary I had to visit two different Urgent Care locations. I visited the Redwood City office and then the San Bruno facility. In both places I received the same treatment though. I was met with courtesy, kindness as well as professionalism. This was from the receptionist, to the assistants and to the doctors! My questions were answered in a straight forward fashion with no condescension. I really appreciate that too. Thank You so much folks!

Jennifer Wisnom I arrived when it was not busy. I was checked in and taken to exam room. My injury was taken care of without delay. I was repaired and on my way. Excellent results! I have had good luck at this Urgent Care location and would recommend to anyone needing that level of care.

sara c We took our precious dog to another hospital yesterday to get an operation done for a pyometra (as suggested by another vet that did her general checkup) and were told that she was doing terribly and could crash at any moment. The doctor told us she would be unable to perform the surgery due to her severe anemia and told us she recommended euthanasia. We were mortified at this news and asked if there was anything else we could do for our poor, sweet girl. She replied the only other option would be a blood transfusion that could cost thousands of dollars but we disregarded that fact and focused on saving our dog. After making several calls asking if any emergency hospitals in our area could do this for her we found SAGE and they told us to bring her in to see what they could do after hearing the situation from the doctor. Everything went well and they were able to save our baby from the worst. We are so incredibly thankful to all the friendly and hardworking staff that were able to make this miracle possible for her. We 100% recommend SAGE to everyone, they can rest assured that their dog will be cared for and well taken care of here.

Paul-Elie Nauleau Came here for an MRI, and although the scheduling was straightforward (if you have a prescription and insurance signs off), once I arrived things were going well until we had issues during the scan. The tech was not very helpful and although very nice, just didn’t help explain very well. Had an issue with the scanner so ended up having to repeat twice, so the whole process took ~1h30mins. Hopefully others have better experiences with functional scanner and/or more experienced techs.

Precious Vann Who is running the VA!!! This place does NOT HAVE ENOUGH DOCTORS!!! Like what the hell is going on. Then the doctors they do have some need to be fired or go on a long vacation to refresh. The ER takes 3 -4 hours to get fully out of there. These Nurses arent doing shit in the ER send them to medical school to give the ER more doctors. Whose running the MRI machine at night, NO ONE. If something is urgent why isnt Xray techs qualified for that. There were more radiologist then doctors in the ER at night. For what!??? This VA needs more staff , current staff needs to be cross trained, some RN need to be fired to make room for doctors. I literally pulled my hair out waiting for the doctor to come back just for her to send in some rando and give me papers. Not even going over any results regardless findings or not finding anything. I was going to walk out but Im in unbearable pain and wanted to know something and still got no answer on whats going on.

Edward Neff In August 2023 I was referred and signed up for the new weightloss program. I attended the introduction workshop. I was asked to select a preference on whatedical treatment I wanted. I selected medication. At my next video appointment with the doctor. He told me that as of right now. The va was on back order for the medication to be used. I just became frustrated waiting and gave up.

Oscar Ditchfield Caleb (klob) Mixed experiences here, but I *primarily* blame the Stanford Sheriffs for this (see my recent review about that). My first experience here was terrible; primarily likely caused by a misunderstanding and miscommunication from an ex [ not ex; using ex as short form here for "relationship anarchy" that *did not inform* the Stanford Sheriffs that we had dated for awhile, and that she literally has a copy of my house keys. Because of that, I got literally kidnapped by EMTs, and no one wanted to hear about why I was on campus. Shame on them. Yesterday, however, when I went to go retrieve my belongings from the Stanford Medical Center / Hospital / Emergency room, the staff there were *very helpful*, and I had a wonderful time - that is, until the Stanford Sheriffs showed up. (Ive got a stalker; hes likely the person that called into the Sheriffs). Regardless, the Stanford Medical Center is BEAUTIFUL. See attached pictures (of course, I asked if I could take pictures and was told it was just fine).

Ronnie difede New to the Bay Area and was looking for a new primary care physician. Most PCP excepted by my insurance were booking 6 months out. When I checked in with One Medical, I was able to get an appointment that week. Since we were due to run out of medication in a month waiting 6 months was not an option. I met with the provider for the first time last week and she was great. Listening to everything I said, refilling all my medications and scheduling a follow up appointment. It was a great experience.

Kelly S I greatly regret having gone to this medical office. I took my spouse for medical exam for his immigration papers because Dr. Bullock was one of the doctors in Redwood City authorized for this type of physical. First of all, Dr. Bullock NEVER SAW THE PATIENT, not once. He would not recognize my spouse if he saw him under any circumstances. The nurse practioner did the exam instead. When I made the appointment it was for Dr. Bullock so I was quite surprised that he never even stopped by the exam room even briefly. All the same, it was Dr. Bullock who signed the immigration form. Is that even legal, much less ethical? Last, dont even try to have them work with your insurance provider. You have to pay up front. I was told at the time that I would have to get reimbursed by my insurance company. But then, when my insurance company tried to get the coding information required, the medical office denied the claim since it was for immigration purposes. What was that about? Do they assume that immigrants dont have insurance? At any rate, the whole experience was very disappointing and frustrating at the very least and probably rather shady. Think very carefully before you decide you want to take a chance on this place. Ill never return.

carolyn bordy-dubbel This is the only Drs office that will see patients on weekends. Yes Weekend care. You will never find this kind of service at any other medical office. They always make me feel welcome. Dr. Bullock, Kathe gibboney, Linda, Serena, kathleen, Denitra are AWESOME

Brittany Chezem Dr Ceresnak and his team especially Genevieve are over the top amazing!!!!! They went above and beyond to make my daughter and myself feel comfortable while she received her new pacemaker. This hospital is beautiful so much to look at! Every nurse treated us with respect and care. I cant say enough good things! Amazing Drs and amazing staff!!!

dina n The staff here was great with my daughter. They kept her calm while waiting for her procedure. They answered all of her questions. They even had a child specialist who helped her decorate her mask and chose a scent she enjoyed. I love the sculptures of animals all around.

Charlie Hutchinson I came for an annual physical (covered by insurance), received a bill for $300+ and was told that what was discussed in my exam wasnt covered... After reviewing the appointment notes its apparent that this is because I inquired about a specific lab, and because the doctor brought up an unprompted topic while checking to my lungs. Long story short, I was billed over $300 for a sum total of a 2 minute conversation that lead to two referrals, one of which the doctor brought up. While in the appointment I received no additional care outside of the doctor ordering one additional labs that I requested. I spent two months trying to dispute the charge and was told there was nothing anyone could do. I spoke with billing, insurance, my employer, and the doctor. Nothing... If you choose to come here for care I suggest you make it very clear to the doctor the second you walk in the door that you want to explicitly be told if something MIGHT be out of scope. Pretty upset about my personal situation for obvious reasons, but more importantly Im very disturbed for what this could do to someone vulnerable financially or with a language barrier, etc. From what I was told it seems there are also zero protections from fraud which feels ridiculous. No wonder people choose to avoid getting care. The doctor even had the audacity to tell me "its complicated..." I certainly wont be back to Sutter, and the only reason Im not leaving a one star review is because my in office experience on the day of the appointment was fine and my attending nurse was fantastic. I hope this review is helpful to someone and can prevent people being overcharged and then being threatened with creditors.

Vanessa Z Incorrect notes in MHO and After Visit Summaries. A lot of important details are left out and some details are false/incorrect. Also, Ive previously and incorrectly been checked in to have visited a doctor in a specialty department I wasnt even familiar with. Not sure how that mistake could be made considering you verify identity when checking in for appointments. Called dept. to ask for the correction to be made, Sutter ARGUED with me about it so I asked to leave a note for that doctor I never met and correction was eventually made --mind, they never apologized for this major error. In my opinion, desk as well as medical staff do not care about accuracy in note-taking or being truthful when handling patient records. They will write whatever they want and whatever they need to cover themselves. Not okay and pretty sure potentially illegal.
