1 /5 Kelly S: I greatly regret having gone to this medical office. I took my spouse for medical exam for his immigration papers because Dr. Bullock was one of the doctors in Redwood City authorized for this type of physical.
First of all, Dr. Bullock NEVER SAW THE PATIENT, not once. He would not recognize my spouse if he saw him under any circumstances. The nurse practioner did the exam instead. When I made the appointment it was for Dr. Bullock so I was quite surprised that he never even stopped by the exam room even briefly.
All the same, it was Dr. Bullock who signed the immigration form. Is that even legal, much less ethical?
Last, dont even try to have them work with your insurance provider. You have to pay up front. I was told at the time that I would have to get reimbursed by my insurance company. But then, when my insurance company tried to get the coding information required, the medical office denied the claim since it was for immigration purposes. What was that about? Do they assume that immigrants dont have insurance?
At any rate, the whole experience was very disappointing and frustrating at the very least and probably rather shady. Think very carefully before you decide you want to take a chance on this place. Ill never return.
