5 /5 Ronnie difede: New to the Bay Area and was looking for a new primary care physician. Most PCP excepted by my insurance were booking 6 months out. When I checked in with One Medical, I was able to get an appointment that week. Since we were due to run out of medication in a month waiting 6 months was not an option. I met with the provider for the first time last week and she was great. Listening to everything I said, refilling all my medications and scheduling a follow up appointment. It was a great experience.

I can drop into the office or make an appointment my phone and the appointments are kept. I get my questions answers. The staff is kind. I have no complaints.
