5 /5 Peter Bouskos: I came to the San Carlos PAMF Urgent Care on Saturday morning. I was taken in quickly. They took my vitals and info before the Dr arrived. Very friendly and professional. The Dr arrived just after and read my charts and examined me. She understood my condition and prescribed the medication needed and sent to my Pharmacy. This was the quickest “In & Out” of Urgent Care with accuracy and professionalism. Thank you , so much. I’m feeling better already.

5 /5 susan campo: Very short wait to be seen at this Urgent Care as I walked in ,no appointment. Seen by very efficient nurse taking my information and vitals. Next a very kind doctor who took my story and did examine. She ordered X-rays and they were done with short wait time, then I went home. Doctor called with results in short time and had very good outcome. Overall an excellent experience.

I had the very pleasant experience of waiting in Urgent care yesterday while listening to someone play piano music from the grand piano at the front entrance, it was amazing and soothing and peaceful. Thank you for that special touch!

5 /5 Pat Mattes: I have to say that my visit to urgent care was....Amazing! I was able to let them know I was coming on their online portal and when I got there, they already knew who I was and why I was there. They immediately sent to have x-rays done where I was seen immediately. I went back where I checked in and they quickly showed me to a room and the doctor came within three minutes! Evaluation was through and they were able to provide me the necessary bracing equipment while I was there. Excellent experience and I would highly recommend them!

5 /5 Nancy Hoebelheinrich: Although I could not get an appointment for a visit for 2 - 3 days before and after the day I wanted to visit, I was able to see a doctor as a walk-in with a relatively short wait. The doctor and her assistants were kind and competent, and I was able to get relief for my symptoms and a reasonable treatment plan very satisfactorily. I would recommend this Urgent Care center highly.

Precious Vann: Who is running the VA!!! This place does NOT HAVE ENOUGH DOCTORS!!! Like what the hell is going on. Then the doctors they do have some need to be fired or go on a long vacation to refresh. The ER takes 3 -4 hours to get fully out of there. These Nurses arent doing shit in the ER send them to medical school to give the ER more doctors. Whose running the MRI machine at night, NO ONE. If something is urgent why isnt Xray techs qualified for that. There were more radiologist then doctors in the ER at night. For what!??? This VA needs more staff , current staff needs to be cross trained, some RN need to be fired to make room for doctors. I literally pulled my hair out waiting for the doctor to come back just for her to send in some rando and give me papers. Not even going over any results regardless findings or not finding anything. I was going to walk out but Im in unbearable pain and wanted to know something and still got no answer on whats going on.
