    Fujui Walsh: My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this acupuncture clinic. The space is very clean and inviting. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a soothing cup of herbal tea, which set the tone for a relaxing visit. Dr. V and Dr. Wang were both incredibly gentle and thorough. The treatment including acupuncture, cupping, and Chinese massage, all of which were expertly performed. By the time we left, we felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a professional acupuncture experience.

    Precious Vann: Who is running the VA!!! This place does NOT HAVE ENOUGH DOCTORS!!! Like what the hell is going on. Then the doctors they do have some need to be fired or go on a long vacation to refresh. The ER takes 3 -4 hours to get fully out of there. These Nurses arent doing shit in the ER send them to medical school to give the ER more doctors. Whose running the MRI machine at night, NO ONE. If something is urgent why isnt Xray techs qualified for that. There were more radiologist then doctors in the ER at night. For what!??? This VA needs more staff , current staff needs to be cross trained, some RN need to be fired to make room for doctors. I literally pulled my hair out waiting for the doctor to come back just for her to send in some rando and give me papers. Not even going over any results regardless findings or not finding anything. I was going to walk out but Im in unbearable pain and wanted to know something and still got no answer on whats going on.

    Maria Zhalnina: I have been charged for the procedure not performed, that was not covered by my insurance, and now I am expected to pay in full for the procedure that did not happen! I submitted the claim to the billing department to review, it was rejected. In the mean time, my health problem still bothers me, but now I am hesitant to go a doctor again. (I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation is outrageous). UPDATE: Now when I have read other reviews I saw a warning about the same Dr Lee overcharging other patients, from the two years ago! Apparently, it is a pattern, and the clinic is doing nothing about it!

She will always answer your questions even over the weekend! She gives you the best advice and I am very confident that I am in very capable hands.

    Jennifer Lares: Worst customer service, got transferred three times. All for at the end a receptionist to not even use complete sentences. I asked for an appt as a new patient. I was askedDOB.. usually people say..." Hi my name is XYZ can I start with your DOB?"...No information afterwards towards call back in XYZ or try this other clinic, where is the compassion, empathy in the health field?

    Tatiana LYULKIN: Had a horrible experience today. The security guard is a racist ignorant and abusive individual who thinks shes FBI or something. How are you supposed to feel safe and secure when the woman whos supposed to keep you safe is more in need of a psychiatrist than you are? Im never setting foot into that disgusting place again.

    Seanna Soto: Unprofessional, inadequate care. Since starting with this clinic they have changed my care provider numerous times without consulting me. The current provider Fariba Mason has denied prescriptions and does not care for patients as she should. Worst communication, and they do not even bother to fight for medically necessary medication. Also they try to double bill the insurance.
