walt mccarthy Worst experience ever. Hung up on time after time after waiting and waiting and being sent to multiple locations. My Dr quit because of dignity being a "mill"....leaving me screwed since I cant get an appointment with anyone else for weeks. I truly hate these people and how theyou treat those in need.

Cynthia Gonzalez Dr. Castro and Dr. Harmon were the most amazing kindness dr.’s you will ever meet . The took such good care of my father. They treated him with such respect and dignity. They treated him as of my father was there own . I can’t not even begin to to express how grateful my whole family was for them both. Such an amazing team , hospital and nurses . They truly all were a blessing .

emily halperin Pretty disappointed with the time it took PP to tell me the pricing of my appointment. I scheduled a month in advance and was told that they would follow up in 5 days with the pricing based on my income and family size. Phone tag then proceeded for the next month until 24 hrs before my appointment in which they told me the price which was ultimately too high for me so I had to cancel it. Extremely frustrating as I had to notify my work about the appointment as it was so close to cancel the next day. That being said, at least they picked up calls immediately! Even if they were unhelpful

Emilia Bullock The worst experience I’ve had yet. Making an appointment is nearly impossible considering I’ve waited a month after I made one and the lady never scheduled me! So now can’t be seen for another two months. Please go anywhere else and use this as last resort.

Crystal Lax I was a patient in the CSU. Tony the nurse doctors were EXCELLENT far more better quality service than Kaiser Permanente SORRY abusive medical services. I went in for heart condition had surgery November 29, 2021. Surgery team doctors were Splendid. Everything went well with the heart abaltion surgery. This hospital and Stanford are neck and neck. The Social worker Ashley at Dignity help me in all sorts of manner. Nurse Laverne seen I needed a new wheelchair my old one wasnt safe. Ashley got me a new wheelchair make safe motel arrangements through life moves which is another agency. Ive tried and they attempt to deliver quality service to their clients. The dietary service were great. Housekeeping is poor need workers. Beside the lack of housekeeping. My overall take of service is five star. If I could give them a 10 I would. Ms. Crystal Lax

J BDS The residents are attentive. What I dislike is there is always a different professional for every consult which shows inconsistency. Phone Service is HORRIBLE. Statement of service hours is from 8am-5pm. There is no one to answer phone until 9am or after and the automated message is for after hours (???). Replace your personal or change the service hours.

J I took my child here for the first few months of his life absolutely horrible please don’t take ur child here. When we went here during the summer the rooms were always hot and humid it was disgusting, they never offered me a breastfeeding mother to turn on the ac they had in the room. Second customer service is absolutely awful the people that answer the phone seem like they just hate life and are so mean and have the worst attitude I have never ever received this type of awful customer service and that says a lot. I moved to another clinic and the difference is insane . Doesn’t take a lot to be nice … as well as the wait time on the phone it takes years to even get someone to answer. As well as having somone to call you back to make another appointment it should be a thing here my new clinic does that and they seem to care a lot more about how the health of the babies and how they are doing then at this clinic. 0/5 stars never going here again do better and get people who are actually nice when it comes to customer service….. never again. Whoever is in charge at this place is just here for the check absolutely disgusting their so many awful reviews already it should be a wake up call for these people but seems like this place is always gonna be awful…..

P V This hospital is the worse hospital in the Bay Area. The emergency room wait times are ridiculous! A family member went in with difficulty breathing and chest pains and the wait time to get a room was 3 hours.Also they make the family of loves ones wait outside in the cold. This hospital is overrated and needs to be fix.

Kimberly Ross Shameful... My dad has Stage 4 Cancer and is 81 years old. He goes in several times to Stanford a month for shots and tests. It should be noted, that despite his age and diagnosis my father is still able bodied (at this point). The hospital parking lot has roughly 20 handicapped spots per deck. He has to arrive 30 minutes early in order to find a parking spot and follow people in order to do so. The parking is charged. There is nobody in the four level parking lot to help patients find their way, parking tickets, taxis, push wheelchairs etc. There might be one cart for the four levels. The elevator is not working. He had to walk four flights of stairs to get to the top level then walk a football field to get to the front of the 300 building. The names of the departments are not listed in a way which are easy to read. My father was needing a PET/CT which for anyone curious is labeled as "Nuclear Medicine" words which were no where on his appointment details. When asked how many PET scans the nurse gave per day she said, "60"... While my father has received a PET scan prior and therefore was aware of the after-instructions, he was not told anything this time around, which includes what is necessary to both flush out radio-active toxins and not contaminate your loved ones. When leaving no one informed my dad that he could pay at the exit but instead was told to pay at the kiosk which is directly in the sun and nearly impossible to read. It was not working. No valet service was offered and there is no wifi in the parking lot... I could just keep writing and writing... am I grateful my father is getting care for his cancer? 100 percent yes (he is one of the very fortunate ones) but is this acceptable? Absolutely not.
