1 /5 Emeline Vainikolo: This is the worse childrenâs clinic booking service! I first visited this clinic almost four years ago, when my daughter was born. Sheâs received all her check ups and shots done there. However, booking an appointment is absolutely dreadful! Recently, I walked in to pick up my daughterâs shot records for School and booked an appointment with a guy at the front desk. He had scheduled us for the next week and on the day of, I called in to notify them that I would be no later than five mins late due to traffic for her physical appointment. I was shocked to learn that the operator had no records showing any appointment for my daughterâs physical; she later transferred me to this location and they confirmed that nothing was booked! I went in person for this! Although, I was frustrated with this situation I asked to schedule another physical and now he says that the next availability was the 23rd of February. I was irritated and asked to be on a waiting list for a cancellation, in which he confirms that they donât have such thing and that I would need to call every day or week to check for cancellations. Itâs now Feb 21, I received a text confirmation for an appointment today at 2:30pm. I called to check on the status of the appointment that was scheduled for Feb 23 and I was told that they do not open on Sundays! I am pissed now that itâs nearly 2pm and no way to make it there by 2:30pm. The front desk lady passed my call to a man who tells me the same thing and all of a sudden I can get an appointment the next week, Feb 27. My child has not been able to attend School since the 3rd of February and they are well aware, but donât care at all! They give the worse vibes on the phone and even in person! This is definitely not the way it used to be and need to change management or employees!! I will no longer take my daughter there again!!
