1 /5 Bill Chestnut: Located in the basement of the building, it is outdated and lacks privacy - I could hear all the staff talking loudly while I was in pre-op and post-op. The rooms are separated only by a curtain. I could hear all the details of the woman next to me as they discussed her condition. The "new" gurney I was on was defective and they kept banging on it trying to get the sides to stay up, while I was in the bed with an IV in my arm. Because I was the last patient on a Friday, I was rushed to get my clothes on and they did not allow my wife and I to have privacy while I dressed. Im appalled.
