1 /5 GL BRIII: Not sure if this is the normal charge, almost feel like scammed. I came for some anti-biotic to treat my seasonal sinusitis. They told me I must take covid and flu test. Who would expect one swab of your nostril costs $475? Also, I did not see a MD there, only nurse practitioner, but total bill still went to around $900. Be careful of anything they ask you if you do not have a great insurance.

1 /5 Nandini Rajan: I visited on the 15th of Feb. 1. An elderly patient at the counter was informed that he could only discuss one issue at urgent care because they did not have all day to address all the concerns a patient has. The patient had two issues that were bothering him. 2. I went in for a suspected UTI. On pulling my chart the doctor informed me that I had high cholesterol and should have had a chat with my PCP. But in the meantime I should really take care! Apparently my cholesterol has been in dangerous territory since 2023. Since he could only talk to me about my UTI and not my cholesterol “issue” I should follow up with my PCP who by the way is booked one month out and has not brought up the subject until last month. Since we all have to have a blood test only after the annual doctor’s visit, I received a generic email from my doctors office informing me that I should avoid butter shrimp and coconut and not eat processed food because of my high cholesterol. None of this applies to me anyway and I have been going to my PCP for ten years!! Imagine going to a car mechanic and him saying your engine is not working so take care when you drive. Then this urgent care doctor says well you had very limited blood work in January 2025 so I cannot see your hemoglobin levels etc. it’s probably because you had previous blood work done 8 months ago as insurance only covers every 12 months - so I cannot definitely say why you might be tired. He ended with saying “Don’t shoot me”!! I am a very privileged person with insurance from one of the top companies in the bay area and I am finding it hard to be treated like a human being.

1 /5 houses: Called the previous day to ensure my insurance was accepted. Yes she confirmed it was accepted. Arrived today after taking my son out of school and missing an exam only to arrive and hear that my insurance is not accepted.

1 /5 Isabell Slater: I have been to this clinic twice and both times my experience was very bad. The first time they thought I had the measles gave me a shot of steroids and sent me on my way. This didn’t feel right, so I got a second opinion and I didn’t have the Measles, I had an upper respiratory infection. Back today as I had a really bad cough and mucus, and they essentially did the exact same thing. I had to ask what was wrong with me. I don’t think Emily the receptionist Knows what she’s doing as I was checking out they were telling me there was a problem with my health insurance, but refused to provide me what was wrong Until I asked them to figure it out. Unless you want to pay $500 for a steroids I would recommend you go somewhere else.

1 /5 María Fernanda Bruna: I went today because I have an emergency in my pregnancy and nobody answer the phone that they gave it to me. When I arrive here all the attention was very slow (i was the only one in the reception), the secretary didn’t be kind or interesting in helping me. She told me that they didnt have any ultrasound there and she gave to me wrong information about where to go. May be she is good like a secretary in some other place but not in an urgent care.
