5 /5 Casey Lloyd: Unfortunately, my primary was so good at his job he got placed as head of his department. This means I can’t really book an appointment with any kind of timing with Dr. Kevin Chen, who was a perfect primary by the way. Fortunately, I got to be assigned to Dr. Yvonne Chow, who is also excellent. She is personable, knowledgeable, listens, effectively and, is intuitive. If she’ll take you as a patient, do not think twice just make the appointment.
