5 /5 John Cary: I had to visit two different Urgent Care locations. I visited the Redwood City office and then the San Bruno facility. In both places I received the same treatment though. I was met with courtesy, kindness as well as professionalism. This was from the receptionist, to the assistants and to the doctors! My questions were answered in a straight forward fashion with no condescension. I really appreciate that too. Thank You so much folks!

5 /5 Jennifer Wisnom: I arrived when it was not busy. I was checked in and taken to exam room. My injury was taken care of without delay. I was repaired and on my way. Excellent results! I have had good luck at this Urgent Care location and would recommend to anyone needing that level of care.

4 /5 leslie wong: First time visiting over the past weekend. I was impressed most with the ease of getting an appointment, quality of care, and very convenient location for me. Will be a place I check first for future needs— especially given unexpected medical needs seem to come up on weekends. Only minor concern was the wait was long considering there were not many patients. The staff is friendly and the facilities are nice, so made the wait a little better.

1 /5 Weisz Gellért: I visited this urgent care centre with concerning symptoms, but unfortunately, the doctor misdiagnosed my condition and sent me home. I later found out that I had pneumonia, which was missed during my visit. While the staff were polite, I felt the level of care and thoroughness were lacking. I wouldn’t rely on this place for serious medical concerns.

4 /5 Virginia Okabayashi: Everything was fine, except that I was forgotten in the exam room. I had to go out into the hallway to determine the nature of my delay in care. The MA was not aware that a provider had not seen me, especially since there were no other patients waiting.
