1 /5 Juanita Aguilar: Normally loved this place when i first started here 5 years ago different location , today I realized that their answering staff for appointments have very poor communication skills & began to “be honest” with me that they’re short staffed & whatever were his personal reasoning for constantly putting me on hold hanging up on me & then placing me on hold again & I call back for him to say I was just going to call u & tell u why after the fact I put u on hold for another 15 minutes 3 calls later without saying he was doing so or why , extremely rude & not helpful whatsoever calling your doctors office should never be stressful, still waiting for a supervisor to call me back , let’s see if I don’t have to continue to call myself . Will definitely be switching offices because as a phlebotomist in medical care , patient care & communication is always top priority not whether or not ur personal issues of being understaffed are affecting your work & how you answer patients . Being in the medical field he should already know what it is to work this kind of job, get a new job if this one’s too much for you because honestly patients should never have to deal with or have knowledge of the stress or tension you possess in your job, especially this kind of job .
