Victor Isidro The staff were great! However, I think my doctor was not very helpful in the way he discussed my case. While he was a very qualified doctor, I think he should be more tactful and caring when he talks with his patients.

He’s very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. He’s also kind and compassionate, and I never feel rushed by him.

Cooks Kemion “choppaboi” Went here for a drug test/physical . Staff were VERY quick and nice ! It was a busy day and they handled it very well . There was a guy who opened the doors at exactly 8am not only was he checking people in but to my surprise I seen him also helping in the back with test !

The nurse said her mother was experiencing the same problems that I am having. I immediately gave her the name and number of the office and told the nurse to take her mother there. They were perfect towards me. And I am not an easy person to deal with due to autism and related issues. So I have nothing but compliments for the doc and the staff. I thank them very much for helping me so much and being so kind through an admittedly rough experience due to the process of treatment that my condition required. I couldnt ask for more.

Karine Manvelian Dr. Garo Karakashian had been my husbands doctor for many many years. Dr. Karakashian is the most caring, very attentive, excellent bed manners, very knowledgeable. It is very hard now these days to find a doctor with these qualities. My husband has tons of medical problems, but any time he visits Dr. Karakashian, he comes home very high spirits and with the best understanding of how to handle his discomfort or what will help. It is almost impossible to find someone like him. His office is in Glendale, California. If you are not far from the area, just try it, you won’t ever regret. He is getting 5 stars from me and my husband. If there were more stars available, I would give him a perfect 10.

Juanita Aguilar Normally loved this place when i first started here 5 years ago different location , today I realized that their answering staff for appointments have very poor communication skills & began to “be honest” with me that they’re short staffed & whatever were his personal reasoning for constantly putting me on hold hanging up on me & then placing me on hold again & I call back for him to say I was just going to call u & tell u why after the fact I put u on hold for another 15 minutes 3 calls later without saying he was doing so or why , extremely rude & not helpful whatsoever calling your doctors office should never be stressful, still waiting for a supervisor to call me back , let’s see if I don’t have to continue to call myself . Will definitely be switching offices because as a phlebotomist in medical care , patient care & communication is always top priority not whether or not ur personal issues of being understaffed are affecting your work & how you answer patients . Being in the medical field he should already know what it is to work this kind of job, get a new job if this one’s too much for you because honestly patients should never have to deal with or have knowledge of the stress or tension you possess in your job, especially this kind of job .

Maya Malekian Its rare to find a doctor as attentive and experienced as Dr. Cherik. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but is also a pleasure to speak with at every appointment. Jeero Habeshian Dr. Mirzaian is very compassionate and easy to visit. He is genuine and mild-mannered, and not quick to push the pills like other doctors with whom I have experience. He encourages patients to research medications and make informed choices. His office is conveniently located and the parking is easy and always available. He has a great assistant who is always welcoming.

Helen I am in the process of changing insurance and my number one requirement is to keep Dr. Mirzaian. I cant say enough great things about him and his staff. I love Party and Stephanie and Dr. Mirzaian actually listens and takes his time with you.

Big Dog This place is a disgrace to all American medical facilities. I have a 4 fractured ankle that is in Ridiculous amount of pain and all they want to give me is Extra strength, Tylenol and ibuprofen. I can’t sleep. I can’t eat from the amount of pain. It’s been over 10 days. I can’t even get a hold of an orthopedic doctor. This place is a disgrace to all people of California and the medical industry never use this place. They do not care about their patients. All they care about is running your medical.

Lil A Mary the receptionist is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and LAZY. We called to refill a prescription and Mary immediately told us that she is busy and for us to call her later to remind her to so. Mary then resorted to raising her voice and being combative. Dr. H, its unfortunate that you have these bad reviews and staff that conducts themselves in such poor manner. I hope that you provide them with the correct training to remedy this ill reputation of your office.
