1 /5 Roggie Tate: If I could rate this office a -100 I most certainly would. My husband went here and saw Dr. Robert Reisch. I advise anyone going here to definitely go elsewhere. Not only does this office double and triple book their clients, your wait time no matter what you’re coming in for is always 1.5hrs or more. The front office is disgustingly rude. We have dealt with the front office personal by the name of Elesia or Alecia not sure how to spell her name, but this woman needs not to be in this profession. I had to do all the work due to the offices incompetence in simple paperwork. It took over a month for them to correctly submit an authorization, took them a couple weeks to correctly send over pre-op paperwork. Even the PMD was shocked at how rude they were when they called over to obtain the information. After all the hoops we had to go through with the front office surgery was scheduled. Did the surgery the end of February. Not even a week after the surgery the sutures fell out(wound was not healed or closed). Told the office, no one called us or filled up with us until post op appointment. The during the appointment informed the doctor of the lump that’s still there. He stated it’s just swelling. 3 weeks post op called the office again regarding this “swelling” that seems to be protruding out of his wrist now. The office never returned a call nor does the doctor. Finally makes an appointment 2 months post op and Dr. Reisch doesn’t even recall the patient. We inform him of our frustrations with the office and how the ball was dropped. He then informs me that they are “short staffed”. I told him that doesn’t give them a reason to be rude continuously. He then assures us that this will be taken care of and his office will get on it to schedule the procedure AGAIN. Fast forward to SEPTEMBER, we haven’t heard from the office since APRIL! They never submitted a auth never did anything. I called a hand specialist and she needed up removing a cyst that was down to the bone. The original surgery that was done NOTHING WAS REMOVED, patient just left with A LOT of scar tissue, which they had to cut through to actually remove the cyst. The cyst that was removed was the size of a golf ball or bigger because of the location. Which once he opened up his wrist he would’ve seen that also.
So pleaseeeeee save your insurance and sanity from this place. They are rude and don’t actually do the work. If you want stress and botched work I would recommend this office.
