They were perfect towards me. And I am not an easy person to deal with due to autism and related issues. So I have nothing but compliments for the doc and the staff. I thank them very much for helping me so much and being so kind through an admittedly rough experience due to the process of treatment that my condition required. I couldnt ask for more.

5 /5 Jack Avunjian: The staff is very professional. Very pleasant is PA Zara towards the patients, she always readily answers all the concerned questions. Dr. Ucar is very professional as well as very polite and cordial. Gohar is another very pleasant at the reception desk, also most of the nurses that we have dealt with.

1 /5 Seb Ca: AVOID this infusion center. 1. They do not enforce a mask policy and patients walk around unmasked - while getting chemo! Nurses do nothing about this. Life or death much ? 2. If you come here you will be forced to pay for a Drs visit for a rando Dr to make proclamations about you without knowing anything about you our your case - this alleged Dr is an oncologist - you are FORCED to see him in order to be treated, even if you dont have cancer or need an oncologist. They want your money honey. If you self advocate or speak up, staff will act as if you are crazy. STAY AWAY. (when it was Pacific Shores it was amazing - no longer)

5 /5 Sunny Schofield: Dr. Ubar is very professional. He explained things to me so I could understand them. He is very thorough as well. I would recommend him to any of my friends. He also looked me in the eyes when he spoke to me, a trait that is sometimes forgotten.

Their staff is always helpful and professional, parking is easy and it is a nice, welcoming environment.

She recently went through a major cancer treatment and it was Dr. Avakians care and attentiveness that saved us going through hard times. Fortunately we were able to find out very early on and Dr Avakian referred us to specialists and got all of the labs scheduled for us beforehand to not waste any sensitive time. His office staff took care of all of the authorizations and speedy scheduling of all of the tests and referrals. Glad to have a family doctor as passionate about his patients as Dr. Avakian. Dr Saro Avakian is an exceptional and professional family care doctor we highly recommend.

Juanita Aguilar: Normally loved this place when i first started here 5 years ago different location , today I realized that their answering staff for appointments have very poor communication skills & began to “be honest” with me that they’re short staffed & whatever were his personal reasoning for constantly putting me on hold hanging up on me & then placing me on hold again & I call back for him to say I was just going to call u & tell u why after the fact I put u on hold for another 15 minutes 3 calls later without saying he was doing so or why , extremely rude & not helpful whatsoever calling your doctors office should never be stressful, still waiting for a supervisor to call me back , let’s see if I don’t have to continue to call myself . Will definitely be switching offices because as a phlebotomist in medical care , patient care & communication is always top priority not whether or not ur personal issues of being understaffed are affecting your work & how you answer patients . Being in the medical field he should already know what it is to work this kind of job, get a new job if this one’s too much for you because honestly patients should never have to deal with or have knowledge of the stress or tension you possess in your job, especially this kind of job .
