We all have good and bad days to shine our light or stay dim… let’s be easy on people. God bless you all and thank you for your service.

1 /5 Remy Martin Foster: The Dr. is was seeing was great and she tried. I was very happy She is an Amazing person and doctor. She gets 5 stars. But the clinic cannot handle the workload of its patients. I was put on hold for extreme periods of time and felt lost in my health situation. because of the medical group The specialists that I was referred to NEVER answered the phone after numerous messages. calling the PCP clinic was almost impossible to get help. long holds..... so i would call back day after day. Hoping to get some guidance. I still need to see a specialist and so i called LA CARE to get the phone number to the medical group directly. Its named Preferred IPA through LACARE, again leaving messages and not getting anywhere. This has been going for 6 months. As of Jan 1st 2025 I am leaving the clinic & medical group of Preferred IPA to Regal Lakside. I was happy with the Doctor, But unfortunately the clinic is unreachable by phone most of the time & the medical group was nonexistent

1 /5 ZHANNA SANAMYAN: I hardly ever write comments but this one is worth it. This office has terrible, irresponsible customer service, when you call, you end up being on hold for 25 min, you call back, you get transferred around from front desk to other people, the calls go to VM. Time to change the doctor.

5 /5 Daisy Murray: Was hesitant to come here because of all the negative reviews but then realized all the bad reviews were from 5+ years ago. I went today for a checkup and the doctor was AMAZING and really took her time going through everything with me and immediately set up follow up appointments and got me a blood work appointment for tomorrow. The staff was great, the place is really nice in general and I loved my doctor so I had to write a good review so that future patients know that it’s not a crappy office.
