1 /5 Andranik Bagiryan: The first time I called to make an appointment, a receptionist named Knarik answered my call and spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She accused me of not providing enough insurance information, even though the information I provided was sufficient for them to find me in their system. When I informed her that I have a heart problem and urgently need to see a doctor for a heart examination, she dismissed my concerns, saying that everyone has some kind of problem and that I would have to wait 10 days to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Each time I tried to explain the urgency, she became more dismissive, raised her voice, and eventually refused to introduce herself. I will be changing my doctor to avoid dealing with such unprofessional staff. Please train your employees to treat patients with respect.
