1 /5 Narmer Preciado: I wish I could give this place negative stars. Terrible experience. The office is small and located on a the campus of Thomas Edison school. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour. Dr. Garduno was unprofessional, combative, and even said, I don’t care. This doctor is definitely in need of retirement—a 90-year-old, cranky man! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

1 /5 Arielle Padilla: It’s upsetting with healthcare already being a mess. Finding good care is also becoming a problem. But this office just needs a revamp and more help I imagine. The main doctor for this office is also getting to retirement age to say nicely. Only 1 woman was fair and I argued with her. I told my grandma we would find her different primary care. Hopefully they can get it together here.

1 /5 KG Development: The absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. He kept me waiting for over an hour because "he was on a call". As I told him about my experience he berated me and asked me multiple time to explain my issue despite my giving him the same answer every time. It was traumatic enough to feel like I was having arthritis in my hands but to have a doctor yell at me as I was trying to explain my issue was horrifying. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. His reviews across the board are terrible.

1 /5 April Rosen: Kept me waiting for nearly 90 minutes past my appointment time only to babble incoherently at me and question why I was even there for an appointment because he "didnt see anything wrong with me" after looking for 10 seconds. I dont wanna say hes lazy but I struggle to think of anything else to explain the way I was treated.

4 /5 Melissa Justice: 4 years later and I am still with Dr. Leonardo Garduno. Why? Because like anyone you have to get to know the person and them getting to know you. Dr. Garduno is always late but he is always nice. Yes, you have to tell him your concerns fast, but believe it or not he is listening and its kinda of nice for a change to have him ask you about your life. Other things in your life have an impact on how you feel. Now, I have heard him get upset at patients who start complaining about how long they have been in the waiting room and he will just tell you you dont like it leave. As for his nurse Sarah, she is no nonsense and firm but once you get to know her she is a very gracious.
