5 /5 Shobna Maharaj: One of the best primary healthcare doctor all around. I love the fact that age my silver years! All my testing are being done. Dr. Rodolfo Protacio’s cares about his patients wellbeing. Finally, found a great doctor who cares about patients health. Thank you Dr. Protacio.

2 /5 roxana p robles: To small , waiting room, and the rooms The staff are kind of mean, not very friendly or feel welcome I don’t recommend this doctor, I got it by my Father insurance plan Humana , also not recommended to have this plan , is not good, very bad

5 /5 Eugene Saint: The best primary care physician!!! Dr. Protacio is never dismissive including NP Rose who works closely with him. They totally listen and are very detailed with their assessments, they treat you like family, the encounter is never rushed. Scheduling is easy and a request for expedited scheduling is accommodated when necessary. Kudos also to their office staff (Julie) who is always a delight to talk to, has excellent patient service and highly dependable.

1 /5 martha blaise: I don’t have anything against Dr Protacio. A very good MD but not his office staff. I understand that everytime we go there it’s really a long wait but when my mother has to go there for a ff up due to hospitalization. Her appointment was 0900 and I asked a favor from the staff via text if my mother could be seen first because she has an appointment at 1000. When we checked in, again I reminded them that we have to leave 9:40. We waited in the room but no MD or NP went to see my mom. I asked the lady staff and she said NP hasn’t arrived yet but patients were called in before us and I could here from the room next to us a female voice talking to the patient which I am pretty sure that’s the NP. We left the office without any words from them, in short my mother wasn’t seen by MD or NP. First time to asked a favor because my mother has another appointment, but that favor was ignored. Hope this office will not claim MD visit to my mother’s insurance because no follow up was done.

5 /5 Dylan G Frias: I brought my niece to this clinic. Dr. Protacio was not available, so, she was seen by the NP, Ms. Sarrah. Ms. Sarrah was very soft spoken and approached us with respect. She explained the care and medicine that my niece needed. Ms. Sarrah told us to call the office if there were concern. The new clinic is very clean and more inviting than the old one. More power. - Ms. Frias
