5 /5 G Nas: Dr. Avanes has been the best Primary Care Dr. to me and my wife. I have seen him for over 10 years. More recently, he has also brought in Sela Khachikyan, NP, who is also outstanding. Both take time to listen and offer a well thought course of action. I would highly recommend either of them! Their staff is always helpful and professional, parking is easy and it is a nice, welcoming environment.

Starting with Dr Avanes who has been our family’s Rock, doctor, caregiver, and best listener for the past five years. He listens without rushing you and always sends you home with peace. He’s calm and professional. His office manager has the best skills in running the business and she’s always ready and willing to help. His office staff are very courteous, kind and respectful. They value your time, which means no long wait time at your appointment. Thank you for all you do!

I have a disability, so my doctor appointments are not usually pleasant… With that being said, I am so glad that I found this place! The staff were very friendly and helpful. And I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nicole, who was absolutely wonderful! She was thoughtful, understanding and listened to my concerns without being condescending! Overall, I’m very pleased with my visit. It’s a relief to have finally found a place that has such a nice environment with a caring doctor and staff.

I have had the worst experience with physicians at different offices, so when I say this experience of mine was the best I mean it. She listens to you and cares for your health. She truly wants to help you and makes exceptional plans to better your health. She always follows up with me when I have questions through the portal and it is so easy and fast to make an appointment with her. She also offers in office Well Women Visits which is so convenient. I have never felt so comfortable with a provider before and am glad to say I have found someone who I can trust with my health. Thank you Nicole!!!

After years of having a Dr who was not concerned with my issues at all, it is a life changer to find someone who will take the time to listen. Nicole was super friendly and personable, she asked questions, and actually listened to my answers and concerns. I was not rushed. She wasnt quick to just recommend some pills and send me on my way. She recommended lifestyle changes first, which is exactly what I want to hear from a healthcare professional. I left the visit having a whole new prospective on how Dr visits should be. Even the assistants were amazing. So friendly and quick to get me seen. From the time I first called, to the minute I left the office I was completely taken care of. I am so happy I found this clinic. The whole staff is amazing.

Norik Davtian: My mom has been very appreciative of Dr Avakian’s care as her primary care doctor. She recently went through a major cancer treatment and it was Dr. Avakians care and attentiveness that saved us going through hard times. Fortunately we were able to find out very early on and Dr Avakian referred us to specialists and got all of the labs scheduled for us beforehand to not waste any sensitive time. His office staff took care of all of the authorizations and speedy scheduling of all of the tests and referrals. Glad to have a family doctor as passionate about his patients as Dr. Avakian. Dr Saro Avakian is an exceptional and professional family care doctor we highly recommend.

Juanita Aguilar: Normally loved this place when i first started here 5 years ago different location , today I realized that their answering staff for appointments have very poor communication skills & began to “be honest” with me that they’re short staffed & whatever were his personal reasoning for constantly putting me on hold hanging up on me & then placing me on hold again & I call back for him to say I was just going to call u & tell u why after the fact I put u on hold for another 15 minutes 3 calls later without saying he was doing so or why , extremely rude & not helpful whatsoever calling your doctors office should never be stressful, still waiting for a supervisor to call me back , let’s see if I don’t have to continue to call myself . Will definitely be switching offices because as a phlebotomist in medical care , patient care & communication is always top priority not whether or not ur personal issues of being understaffed are affecting your work & how you answer patients . Being in the medical field he should already know what it is to work this kind of job, get a new job if this one’s too much for you because honestly patients should never have to deal with or have knowledge of the stress or tension you possess in your job, especially this kind of job .

Narmer Preciado: I wish I could give this place negative stars. Terrible experience. The office is small and located on a the campus of Thomas Edison school. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over an hour. Dr. Garduno was unprofessional, combative, and even said, I don’t care. This doctor is definitely in need of retirement—a 90-year-old, cranky man! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
