2 /5 天: A guy with an accent at the front desk said that vaccines arent administered here if youre on Medi-Cal. Then I asked if I pay out of pocket, can we still get it? He said sarcastically that no, unless they want to lose their license because they report everything, no. It felt discriminatory. I understand if its a simple no, but I wasnt asking anything illegally, knowingly. A lot of places, dentists, womens care facilities, CVS: if your insurance doesnt cover it, you can. So I dont even know what he was on about, but it was heavily rude treatment.

5 /5 Leigh Holmes: Dr Lin is so great with our kids. We feel very privileged and thankful to have her as their doctor. She is thorough and professional while also entrancing the children with her magical sparkling personality and getting them to do what is necessary during their checkups. Shots are no problem and the children love their visits. Many thanks Dr Lin and the whole team at the office including the awesome support staff and nurses.

5 /5 Jessica Tommassello: Dr. Lin is very attentive to both of my children, but we require extra space parking as this garage only has compact spots or disability parking, so you will wind up taking up two compact spots nearly every visit. Its completely thoughtless to fill this pediatric building with compact spots. Most people arent driving their kids around in two door coups. I hope this message gets forwarded to the building owner. Absolutely frustrating every time we an appointment.

5 /5 T B: My children have been patients here since 2005...Right out of the hospital. Dr. Sachs was our main Dr. and though he has now retired, my children are still in amazing capable hands. Wonderful support staff, office is clean, organized and friendly. My children actually enjoy their visit.

Ashley Hobbs: The valet here is completely out of line. I brought my sister to an appointment and 20 mins later asked to have my keys. The woman remembered who I was and gave me keys and we walked together to the car. However, after I was in my car, another man who worked at the valet started accusing me of stealing the car. After a very upsetting and stressful day due do the circumstances of her health, they harassed me and jumped on my car refusing to let me leave. They are middle eastern looking men of average height with light eyes, and appear to be brothers. I eventually was able to drive away through their attempts to blockade me, but I had to return to pick up my sister. When she was finally finished from her procedure, they harassed her and screamed at her asking her who’s car it was. These men traumatized both of us and should not have jobs at any place of care. I have recordings of what happened and also filed a police report for the assault of my vehicle with the city of Santa Monica.

Eryn Moore: I’m a brand new UCLA patient as my insurance changed (from Kaiser who were exceptional) and I scheduled an appointment early October and the first available was today, October 27th. As we all know with a new job, you don’t get sick time yet so I scheduled an 8am appointment. I show up and I was told it was cancelled. No call or email. I need to have an appointment ASAP for an upcoming international trip. Unprofessional and bad for new patients! I was eager to be part of the UCLA Health network as they are supposedly “number 1 in LA.” That statement seems laughable…

Faiza Mokhtar: I went there for a second opinion. The doctor was wonderful and took time explain things. However, the front desk are a bunch of mean girls who likely are miserable people and take it out on patients. They rather just chit chat about places theyll likely never visit than help a patient out with a question. Since you have to deal with the front desk more than the doctor, I cannot recommend coming here for obgyn care. Go elsewhere. Update: the canned response providing the link doesnt even work

Reid Williams: I had a great experience with Dr. Ruth, she is a phenomenal doctor; however, the scheduling staff have given me issues every single time without fail. After receiving bloodwork I was told by a scheduling staff that I had to come in person for a follow up visit and that it couldnt be done over the phone. This was incorrect, and I was charged for a copay that wouldnt have otherwise been necessary. They were helpful, and agreed that I would receive credit that would be applied to the next appointment (didnt happen). I had a virtual appointment scheduled at 11am which the doctor missed. Did the office reach out to let me know that she would be late or that wed need to reschedule? No. After 30 minutes I texted the office to which they responded "you will get a call as soon as possible" I was only able to get a concrete update after reaching out over the phone at 12:30PM (1.5 hours after the appointment) and was assured that the doctor would call me back in 10 minutes. Fast forward 1 hour and I still havent received a call. I call them back only to be put on hold and eventually hung up on. I still havent received a call. It seems that this office has a policy of having the patient reschedule an appointment if the doctor doesnt show up. I also havent received one email from this office because they initially input my email as "..com" instead of ".com". Ive asked them to fix this at every appointment but still nothing.

Blaine Billingsley: I saw Dr. Lee 3 times. Each time, he was dismissive to my symptoms, offered no insight or next steps. I went to another doctor who ordered several tests that found lots of issues immediately. I sent them to him for a second opinion and he wrote back tersely saying “everything is fine” despite some obvious low levels marked on the test. If you need a doctor to weigh you, measure your height, and tell you to take your vitamins, he’s good for that. If you have chronic or undiagnosed health issues and want a doctor to actively help you on your journey, find another dude.
