1 /5 Yulia Egorova: I brought my daughter to this location hoping to get help. Her ear lobes were infected. One of the earring clasps grew under the skin and needed to be removed. I was able to remove one clasp myself but couldn’t do it from the other ear. We were there on Friday evening, May 20. The doctor said there was nothing inside of the ear lobe and prescribed and ointment to treat the infection. Furthermore she said I didn’t need any follow up for this matter. Over the next few days, more skin grew over the trapped piece of earring while we waited to be seen by our pediatrician. We ended up seeing and paying for two more doctor visits to address this issue.Had this particular visit was successful, my daughter would not have gone through extra pain and discomfort. It is really sad! The positive sign in this facility is the front desk people. They were very welcoming and friendly.
