Tia is cute but not worth the unexplained charges that I incur every time I book a visit. They keep your card on file so there is never a breakdown of fees to accept. I had to call and wait on hold twice to have my insurance manually verified prior to my appointment or I would have been charged $50 for a cancellation, stressful overall experience when they had previously verified my insurance and knew I was fully in-network. For my most recent visit (simple virtual visit, took maybe 5 minutes), I asked how much it would be out of pocket and they told me it would be a $30 co-pay, the next day they charged me $200. Not to mention the monthly fee. Was hoping to love this place but its a trendy, overpriced doctors office.
