First off when I first started going I got by the doctor which resulted in me requesting getting transferred to a female doctor then two years later cause they can’t find the appropriate company to do testing they reschedule on u then when u reschedule ounce they drop you then tell u if another referral is sent they will decline u yeah right because they know there in the wrong they will be hearing from my attorney when I find one. I just was to stupid and disabled to realized I was taken advantage of cause of the money coming from my medical insurance than actually them worried about my medical.

Brandon Behringer: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS Dr. OFFICE: I applied for my family of 6 over 60 days back. We finally got a call to schedule my young daughter for her first visit. When I called to schedule this appointment I asked about the application status of the rest of my family. I was told their applications had not been approved yet. I told the receptionist I didn’t want to make an appointment for my daughter if the rest of my family wasn’t accepted as patients. She agreed and transferred me to another staff member where I left a message. I left several messages following this. Frustrated, I called back only to be told I had missed my daughter’s scheduled appointment (the appointment we never made) and that my daughter could no longer be a patient. The receptionist seemed frustrated with their own process and apologized informing me that the staff member I was originally transferred to was no longer employed there and no one got my messages. I was then instructed to write a letter to the doctor apologizing and explaining why the appointment was missed, despite this being their error and an extreme failure in communication on their part. I asked to speak with a manager and I was transferred to Becky “ the Office Manager and left several messages before she finally returned my call. She was unhelpful and depute their mistake and poor commutation, the burden of proof for the missed appointment, was on me. To top it off, my youngest son’s application was still not approved after 60 days??? I know there out there, but I’m not sure how any business can to survive such poor customer service. I believe some doctors offices, like this one, just don’t care because they know the number of offices taking on new patients is limited, therefore they can provide terrible service and still remain in business. If their front office customer service is this bad I can only imagine the poor care patients received from the doctors. I pulled my applications and went else where. I should have heeded the poor reviews. Any business that has a 2.6-Star review has serious issues. I’m willing to overlook this from time to time but I will not sacrifice my families care and health for such a poorly rated office, and I can confirm from my experience that the 1-star reviews are accurate. It seems they are unwilling to address them and provide a better service. Good luck!

SLC95: I went in for the beginning of a pregnancy, where I had nothing but bad experiences. I was made to do two different chlamydia test, once with a Pap smear a month before finding out I was pregnant than again after finding out, which I thought was weird in the second one because of having the paps smear done so recent. All of which was confirmed when looking at Quest Diagnostics and seeing they billed my insurance two different times for the same test. After the second test, I started spotting and found out the next week I was having a miscarriage. They said they could not do nothing other than a blood test to confirm which takes weeks to do so. I asked for any other options so I don’t wait weeks to find out because it was really stressful and horrific to not know. I was told no, with no compassion and made to feel like I was irritating them with trying to find some comfort for myself. After finding out I was having a miscarriage I took a two week leave from work due to the sadness of losing my baby. Which was not much of a grieving process because I had to bug them to fill out there portion of EDD those two weeks. After two weeks of waiting and my EDD finally went through but without there certification. I was told that the person that does it has been gone for a week which prolonged the paper being filed(you would think that would of been specified sooner so I wasn’t bugging them). So I would not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy because they do not take good care of you or your emotions, if anything they add to your stress and make your life harder.

Gabby Franklin: Dental is good, low on dentist currently though. Regular Dr is fine, if you get the appointment that is canceled or rescheduled. Make sure you get a print out of your appointments to verify what they tell you verbally. Pharmacy - Take pictures of what you receive, and ask questions if they dont have it all to make sure theyre going to mail it to you if you have to pick it up and if you didnt get it all that its noted in the system, but what theyll tell you and what you should always do is stay up on your medication refills of course before you get low. Not a friendly VA for traveling veterans, they will try to have you change facilities to theirs, instead of helping under that program. The change does help a little for the immediate time, but then youre right back to square one after Redding does have a nice facility and the other clinic in town (dental/eye care) has better customer service. I have received way better care here than my partner who is also a veteran. Thats why they received a 3.

Sanchez Adriant (A. Sanchez-Ti.): Went for Medical exams needed on a Friday, had already made an appointment online at 10AM; Highly Recommended. Then once called after filling out few forms, waited in the back room for 2 hours for the doctor. This is why a star and not 5star rating. The other staff, and technicians are wonderful and efficient. They are good at calling back to let know when results are ready and such. They get very busy at times, so be sure to check-in online ahead of time, or call for quick questions.

The women in that office have all done a really good job creating a positive atmosphere, each visit. I feel like they have taken the time to know me personally. Both ultrasound techs, the front desk, Heidi with PT, & Adina doing my non stress tests. Thank you ladies for all that you do. Your kindness is noticed and appreciated. (:

Tina Givens: Awesome care and staff!! They are all so nice, very professional and comforting. When youre feeling unwell theres nothing better then to be cared for and put at ease. The doctors talk to you with respect and explain clearly what theyre going to do and the nurses pay close attention to you and your needs. Everything went smoothly and I am completely satisfied with the care I received in the emergency room.

Josephine Paul: Went in three times. Twice for my son and once for my husband. Every single time they’re were prompt and all three times very helpful. Labs came back speedy and prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately. Definitely grateful for them. My family needed help and our primary care provider turned us away and said to wait. Will be coming back and recommending.
