1 /5 SLC95: I went in for the beginning of a pregnancy, where I had nothing but bad experiences. I was made to do two different chlamydia test, once with a Pap smear a month before finding out I was pregnant than again after finding out, which I thought was weird in the second one because of having the paps smear done so recent. All of which was confirmed when looking at Quest Diagnostics and seeing they billed my insurance two different times for the same test. After the second test, I started spotting and found out the next week I was having a miscarriage. They said they could not do nothing other than a blood test to confirm which takes weeks to do so. I asked for any other options so I don’t wait weeks to find out because it was really stressful and horrific to not know. I was told no, with no compassion and made to feel like I was irritating them with trying to find some comfort for myself. After finding out I was having a miscarriage I took a two week leave from work due to the sadness of losing my baby. Which was not much of a grieving process because I had to bug them to fill out there portion of EDD those two weeks. After two weeks of waiting and my EDD finally went through but without there certification. I was told that the person that does it has been gone for a week which prolonged the paper being filed(you would think that would of been specified sooner so I wasn’t bugging them). So I would not recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy because they do not take good care of you or your emotions, if anything they add to your stress and make your life harder.

5 /5 Hailey Smith: This place has given my mother and I nothing but positive experiences. The office, the bathrooms, and the rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I dont necessarily like that my only option while using this obgyn is to give birth at Mercy hospital, but thats not their fault. The staff have always been kind to me and they even remember who I am when I show up for appointments that are far apart. The atmosphere is so light and comfortable. I recommend this place to everyone.

1 /5 Cpacheco: They don’t answer You have to fill out packet before they even make an apt, the application isn’t even electronic. You print it fill it out then fax or mail it? That’s ridiculous, it should be automatic if that is the requirement. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and their process is ridiculous I’d rather start new with someone else than wait on their phone tag system them. Just because somewhere doesn’t take medical doesn’t make it a good place. The vibe is off, even their Facebook page is weird.

1 /5 Faith Wilson: They removed the arm implant birth control from my arm and they left a little piece of it in my arm, I have been calling for 2 weeks now trying to be seen so that they can remove the rest of it in my arm and the Dr. basically said that if they removed it there that there was no way that there was still a piece in there but I can literally feel it. I called today and explained to them that I am concerned for my health and if I owe money to them I can pay, they still refused to see me I than asked if they can at least send an ultrasound order to an imaging place so that I can see if there is something in there or if Im just trippin and they wont even do that. This is very unprofessional and I hope they dont do this to anyone else.
