5 /5 Josephine Paul: Went in three times. Twice for my son and once for my husband. Every single time they’re were prompt and all three times very helpful. Labs came back speedy and prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately. Definitely grateful for them. My family needed help and our primary care provider turned us away and said to wait. Will be coming back and recommending.

1 /5 Invisable Ink: Never coming here again & highly suggest that you go to Redding Rancheria or mercy ER instead. Ill start by saying this place is extremely dirty! Trash cans are all full throughout the entire clinic, doors and handles have smudges on them. Sinks are grimey, do not look clean to the eye and smell SO funky! Theres dead bugs on the edge as well. Clearly not even a simple wipe down was done. The surgical table in my room was clearly used and also not clean. Extremely long wait, with a rather empty lobby. Staff are not sociable at all with clients and rather unpleasent and overall uncomfortable to be around. My MA was Rocklin? Rather than walking me through what she was doing, she would just stand there and not say anything to me. Just waiting until i caught on. Id have to physically look over at her & see what she wanting to do. For instance the BP cuff was in her hand and rather than saying "okay were going to do this now can I have you lay your arm out for me" I would have to watch and be like "oh your wanting me to hold my arm out for you so you can take my bp" She is very quiet and not informative at all. She asked me questions in the begining, so I know she could talk. Just so uncomfortable and weird. I was left in the room for over an hour and 15 mins with zero communication all while the staff is heard laughing and giggling about their private lives and how much they hate Mondays.

4 /5 Grace Klass: The first few times I have come to this urgent care, the staff was not all that pleasant. However in the recent past, it has been a very good experience. In particular, Im so grateful for Dr. Thomas. She took amazing care of our baby girl. Very thorough and so kind and gracious. Im so thankful we got to see her today. Amazing care!

2 /5 Janelle Morrow: We have been to this office a couple of times, this time was the worst. The receptionist was friendly, but the lady who took my daughter and I to the back just processed us and didnt have much bed side manner. Then the doctor came in and look us over, she gave me antibiotics, but wouldnt give my daughter any. My daughter has had a fever for over 5 days and is not getting better. She tested us for flu/covid/ rsv and they all came up negative. I do not think this doctor knows what she is doing. My neighbor had the same thing happen to her and her son end up in the ER almost dying because of her neglect. This doctor is not helping people and should not be working there if she is not going to take symptoms seriously. If the test does not show up positive for viral then it needs to be treated properly. If you go here ask for a different doctor.

5 /5 Sharon Langham: I took my granddaughter in to the clinic this morning because she was experiencing a sore throat, headache and a cough. The office was clean the receptionist was very pleasant. We waited approximately one hour in the waiting room. The nurse took us in took Grace’s temperature also did a test for covid and the flu. We waited another 15 minutes for the doctor Who was thorough checked her ears in her throat. She prescribed some medication for the flu and for her throat and told us that we would receive a phone call with the results of the swab test that was taken. We received a phone call approximately an hour later later from the clinic confirming the fact that she had the flu. All in all if you have to go to the doctor, it was a good experience. We would definitely go back again.
