Although I only had one meeting with Dr. Arthur, I found it refreshing and honest that she said she wasnt able to treat me because I needed a more intensive type of care. 5 /5 Vertie Andre: I have not been very happy with the doctors at Sutter for a few years. I switched PCPS a couple times. It seemed I was having to argue with my PCPs over medications and also felt they weren’t listening and they did not seem to care. I was thinking of switching to North Bay, then I saw Dr. Arthur for a sore throat. She was attentive, caring and patient . She seemed to give credit for knowing what I need. I saw her again the other day for a skin rash . After that visit I changed my Primary care doctor to Dr. Arthur . I am looking forward to a great relationship like I had with Sue Foster before she left.

Dr. Arthur listened asked the appropriate questions, and offered realistic solutions. I have experienced a very traumatic incident, which has led to serious injuries. Dr. Arthur showed empathy and compassion. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I would highly recommend Dr. Arthur as a PCP.

Zach M: My wife went in for a procedure and they told us rather than paying our deductible they would give us 30% off if we paid cash for the procedure. We paid $1,800 up front and then a month later got a bill for "the doctors time" for over $2,000 (which was under an hour). This was never part of any conversation and was bait and switch at its finest. We are currently waiting for them to fix it or it will go to the courts. I would not trust anything these people say or do

I left my appointment feeling like I had hit the jackpot. Good Drs are VERY hard to find. We talked & laughed like Id been her patient for years. I would highly recommend her!

Kendra Mcdonald: Extremely disappointed. I had a good experience here for about a year. I stopped taking the medication that was prescribed to me by this psychiatrist because I didn’t like the effects that it had on me. I was OK for a substantial amount of time until seasonal depression hit and I started to take a medication that was prescribed to me previously, and it had been working wonders. As I was getting close to running out of medication, I made an appointment for a refill. I had plenty of time to get a refill before I ran out when I made the appointment. I understand life happens, which is why I didn’t get upset when the first appointment I made was canceled. But I was already going to be going a few days without medication at the second appointment that they scheduled but then canceled. So I asked multiple times if I could see a different psychiatrist in the interim or if she could write a prescription for my medication, which is not a controlled suspense or anything that needs counseling. I was refused the prescription without having an appointment even though I tried to come into the office and tried telehealth. A supervisor never called me after multiple messages were sent. And I was told that if I need the medication I could go into the emergency room or go to my primary care doctor. Clearly there’s no compassion from this doctor because getting into a primary care takes about three months in this area and she wasted a month of my time canceling appointments thankfully I’m not in crisis, but to cancel appointments for someone who is stating that they want to continue their medication for mental health is extremely dangerous in my opinion. I can’t even fathom why she would want to take on that liability.

His staff are top notch, the facility is clean, and there is never an outrageous wait time. And since these guys are busy saving our lives 24/7, I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.
