5 /5 Phenix Salem-Hanna: Its rare to find a doctor who is honest if they dont have the capability/ability to provide specialized care. Although I only had one meeting with Dr. Arthur, I found it refreshing and honest that she said she wasnt able to treat me because I needed a more intensive type of care. She was very kind, and helped me get the referrals I needed to continue seeking out care. 10/10

5 /5 Vertie Andre: I have not been very happy with the doctors at Sutter for a few years. I switched PCPS a couple times. It seemed I was having to argue with my PCPs over medications and also felt they weren’t listening and they did not seem to care. I was thinking of switching to North Bay, then I saw Dr. Arthur for a sore throat. She was attentive, caring and patient . She seemed to give credit for knowing what I need. I saw her again the other day for a skin rash . After that visit I changed my Primary care doctor to Dr. Arthur . I am looking forward to a great relationship like I had with Sue Foster before she left.

Dr. Arthur listened asked the appropriate questions, and offered realistic solutions. I have experienced a very traumatic incident, which has led to serious injuries. Dr. Arthur showed empathy and compassion. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I would highly recommend Dr. Arthur as a PCP.
