1 /5 Aiden Diaz: Very disappointed with their billing department. I have tried to call 3 times about an expected bill I was supposed to receive. Never answered the phone. I left 2 voice-mails and never received a call back. Now I received a bill from a collection department. This is unacceptable. For a bill under $200 I have to deal with collections now because they will not answer their phone in the billing department. Ill make sure to avoid this place in the future.

Jean Tinker: The wait on phone & in office has never been too bad but the wait for an appt can be several weeks & I did feel rushed by the Dr.. He also asked questions I had answered on their forms 30 minutes prior. Denied me an MRI because "my insurance probably wouldnt cover it" ! Its like pulling teeth to get a referral. Everyone else in the office was friendly so Ill try another Dr... theyre available in 7 months !
