He also asked questions I had answered on their forms 30 minutes prior. Denied me an MRI because "my insurance probably wouldnt cover it" ! Its like pulling teeth to get a referral. Everyone else in the office was friendly so Ill try another Dr... theyre available in 7 months !

Kathryn Herrera: NAMHS has been a lifesaver to me in an impossible time. They are the ONLY provider in Solano county that I trust. Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I have never had to wait longer than ten minutes in office. I’ve received nothing short of amazing care here with both the medicine management and therapy sides. Super shout out to Nikki Galaviz and her scheduler for always finding ways to accommodate a changing schedule and being a part of one of the best teams in mental healthcare in Solano county.

Karen McNeil: The front desk staff and waiting/procedure nurse staff are awesome, but the OR nurse was a different story. Rude and felt the need to lecture me before a procedure. Walked out of there before my procedure was even done because of her. I was a nurse over 20 yrs ago and cannot imagine treating a patient the way she did. Will file a complaint against her with HR. Your OR nurse should be courteous, friendly and supportive, not rude and obnoxious. Way to go Surgery Center

Sherry Hull: Mary Markiewitz, PA is an amazing practitioner. (Her assistant was amazing and sweet as well.) I have seen her twice at this location. She is personal and caring. This location of Sutter Walk-In Care has been great every time I have came in. If I have an appointment, they are always on time and greet me with kindness. I have been in once as a walk-in without an appointment and it wasnt too bad of a wait. They are very accommodating but I would NOT recommend doing that to them if you can help it. Overall, great care! Thank you to the team! I am feeling so much better!
