You can also tell the entire team loves what they do—everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

5 /5 Maia Carter: It’s really nice to come into a new OB office and be so warmly welcomed. It’s also wonderful to have people who are knowledgeable and thorough taking care of you. I lost a couple babies but you guys made me feel a lot better with all of the kindness I was met with as well as being informed and again, knowledgeable, having answered all my questions without even asking them. From the front desk even, being your first perception and experience of Selah I would say is great all around so far. I have already recommended to friends.

5 /5 Mallory Thompson: I have had a great experience with Dr. Kang, Dr. Turner, Nicole Cassedy, and Heidi Concello. All are kind, attentive, and advocate for you as their patient. I just completed a surrogacy pregnancy and I love how I always felt that I was their patient first and foremost. They respected my autonomy as a patient and reassured me every step of the way, they were always watching for mine and my surrogate baby’s well-being. I delivered a healthy baby girl for the couple I carried for and had a great pregnancy.

Sylvia C: Its been a year or so ago I had wrinkle injections for slight under eye lines and deep forehead lines around mouth ect.. I would say I shouldnt have let all that happen at one sitting it was too much it was my first time I should have gone with my gut feelings of just do one area at a time a few weeks after I noticed my eyesight was blurred and til now is still blurred especially when Im trying to read small words I didnt have any eyesight problems or discomfort til after those injections Im hoping it resolves its self as more time goes by I hope. just be careful and take your time dont feel pressure when making that kind of decision for your face

Teagan Eastman: I have had nothing but negative experiences at North Bay Women’s Services. If you are able to get in elsewhere I would suggest you try anywhere else! I have had 3 scheduled appts and each one was cancelled and rescheduled. Each cancellation was day of, and the new appt was scheduled without consultation with me on if I was available to make the new appt. I went to the clinic a year ago for an ultrasound and found out I was having a miscarriage. The provider I saw had terrible bedside manner and offered me NO information or support on how to process a miscarriage or proceed. This was especially disappointing as at the beginning of the appt I had brought up feeling suicidal and my history of mental health struggles. To be offered zero suggestions on support groups or asked if I was okay was disappointing. The provider was so harsh even my partner was offended. Yesterday I was supposed to have a consult for abdominal pain and anomalies on scans, I called the day before and confirmed I still had the appt and mentioned I was having abnormal bleeding and was very glad to have the appt. The next day at 10am they call and I get a text about a new appt on Jan 5. No text about a cancelled appt. I get that all health care facilities are overbooked and overworked but when you are in pain and bleeding waiting weeks and weeks for appts only to have them continually cancel and to have poor service when you do get to an appt is frustrating.
