3 /5 Gabby Franklin: Dental is good, low on dentist currently though. Regular Dr is fine, if you get the appointment that is canceled or rescheduled. Make sure you get a print out of your appointments to verify what they tell you verbally. Pharmacy - Take pictures of what you receive, and ask questions if they dont have it all to make sure theyre going to mail it to you if you have to pick it up and if you didnt get it all that its noted in the system, but what theyll tell you and what you should always do is stay up on your medication refills of course before you get low. Not a friendly VA for traveling veterans, they will try to have you change facilities to theirs, instead of helping under that program. The change does help a little for the immediate time, but then youre right back to square one after Redding does have a nice facility and the other clinic in town (dental/eye care) has better customer service. I have received way better care here than my partner who is also a veteran. Thats why they received a 3.

1 /5 harmonee lol: Worst care ever!! Workers are just there for the good pay. It’s unfortunate and unacceptable the way the employees and staff have no regard for the real needs of their veterans. They need new doctors and staff that genuinely care about the well being of vets not just a pay check!

4 /5 Jeff Blankenship: Once you get use to the new appointment system it works out. Thankful to have a VA facility in my area. Remember urgent care is open Monday through Friday only.

5 /5 walk about: Urgent care at the VA Redding was fantastic, they set me up with the wound care nurse Ami Joiner who has taken phenomenal care of my leg thus far . Ami was able to get my leg cared for and set me up with the tools for self care at home, so that I can manage the healing process from my house untill the next follow up appointment. Once again thanks Redding Va.

Sylvia C: Its been a year or so ago I had wrinkle injections for slight under eye lines and deep forehead lines around mouth ect.. I would say I shouldnt have let all that happen at one sitting it was too much it was my first time I should have gone with my gut feelings of just do one area at a time a few weeks after I noticed my eyesight was blurred and til now is still blurred especially when Im trying to read small words I didnt have any eyesight problems or discomfort til after those injections Im hoping it resolves its self as more time goes by I hope. just be careful and take your time dont feel pressure when making that kind of decision for your face
