3 /5 Sanchez Adriant (A. Sanchez-Ti.): Went for Medical exams needed on a Friday, had already made an appointment online at 10AM; Highly Recommended. Then once called after filling out few forms, waited in the back room for 2 hours for the doctor. This is why a star and not 5star rating. The other staff, and technicians are wonderful and efficient. They are good at calling back to let know when results are ready and such. They get very busy at times, so be sure to check-in online ahead of time, or call for quick questions.

5 /5 Stephanie Hammond: I have to disagree with some of the reviews Ive read. This is an urgent care facility, not a doctors office where you schedule appointments days in advance. Urgent care is inherently unpredictable, and it serves patients when their regular doctor is unavailable. Personally, Ive always had a great experience here. Yes, Ive had to wait a little, but it hasnt been excessive. The care Ive received has been excellent, and the staff has always treated me kindly, even though some of us can be grumpy when were not feeling well. Also the receptionist up front, I believe her name is Sheraton was very very helpful and friendly!

1 /5 Bekki Bullert: Online check in is a joke! “Check in online to reduce wait time in lobby” their website says. I checked in online and was called and told to come in to be seen. I waited 2 hours 45 minutes in the lobby. Still sitting in a room waiting to be seen by the Doctor nurse says it’s going to be a while still. Why would they tell me to come in if it was still a 2+ hour wait?? Kind of defeats the purpose of checking in online. After an additional 45 minutes of waiting in an exam room For a nurse to tell me, it was still going to be a while I left. What a waste of my day! I have been bringing my family here for 30 years and I used to recommend Hilltop to everyone, not any more. Service is terrible.

5 /5 Chloe Freeland: I have been going to Hilltop Medical since I was a little kid - my whole family has - and they have helped me over the years with everything from ear infections to bronchitis to sprained ankles. Dr. Jorde is our preferred provider, and we’re happy we can consult the provider schedule to see him whenever possible. We appreciate that he is professional and knowledgeable but also approachable and good humored. Their front desk staff also doesn’t get enough credit for being the forefront of such a hectic operation. Sheridan especially was so kind and helpful last time I was there. I feel that a lot of the complaints against Hilltop are made by people who don’t understand the parameters and limitations of urgent care. Sometimes things are going to be outside of their normal scope. I recommend being matter of fact but *kind* if you have any questions or concerns. The people who work there are doing their best to fill an incredible need within the community and provide excellent care.

2 /5 Marc Beam: This used to be a great urgent care. However new policies have made it very difficult to make an appointment or be seen. My experience today was very negative and I was asked to pay up front before making an appointment and pay up front for a covid test before before being seen. It took me over two hours to be seen by a doctor for a simple sinus infection.
