1 /5 e k: This place is a joke. The urgent care only allows virtual visit for patients with low-grade fever. This means they won be able to test for anything and diagnose based on their guess for a patient they have never seen before. Very dangerous place! Total waste of time! Stay away!

1 /5 Michelle Murray: I had a long trusted and respected doctor who retired, he wrote a letter to his patients suggesting these doctors. For the first time in alot of years I feel he was wrong. I went to the Fallbrook office, this nurse lady made me feel feel ignored belittled and now is ignoring my long trusted doctors plans. She THINKS she knows better. My doctor saved my life and made it comfortable and livable again. She has ignored our hard earned work and is not putting me through hell. Im sad and feel again betrayed by the medical field as a whole because of this women.

John Cusack: Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total woke attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!

Mercedes: ***Beware with this inconsiderate location: 31775 De Portola Rd Ste. 100, Temecula, CA 92592*** I came to this Imaging Center today 03/18/2025 and I was very irritated and upset that I will never return to this location. I made my appointment a week ago for 03/18/2025 at 2:55pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and stated to the girl that took my information that I was there for my 2:55pm appointment. After waiting over an hour, I approached the front desk to ask why if I had an appointment, I was coming into an hour still waiting for them to call me back. She stated that my appointment was at 3:50. I told her no, I made my appointment for 2:55pm and even showed her my appointment reminder and it said 2:55pm. All she could say was, I dont know why they changed it and not advise you. I told her even when I checked in and stated my appointment time, that person said nothing about my appointment being at 3:50pm. No one gave me the courtesy of asking if that time change would work. People plan their lives around appointments and to have this place waste my time for their BS is inconsiderate. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.

Richard Meredith: My wife has MS and has been prescribed Neurological Therapy. Primecare of Temecula does not have that service available in their "network" even though there is a facility in the Temecula Valley. They will only refer her to PHYSICAL therapy. The two arent the same. It brings into question just how much they understand about medical issues and how much they care about their member patients.

Marlinda Curd: This place doesn’t served deaf person like me…. And didn’t request for interpreter at enough time like a week advanced and every time they called me for confirm this appt as I called them right away …like on Tuesday before appt on Thurs… then they called again changed to different time for appt as I thought available of having interpreter… but then I arrived and was told checked in great then later told me can’t get in because no interpreter had to cancel appt it had been twice from last appt… I said can’t made it again third times since I’ll be gone…. Asked them if dr can write notes she said no and again can use special reply service on V R I on computer …she said no…then told that I get another appt with different doctor… many times it frustrated me due to poor secretarial service and attitude of doctor… don’t really care of what I requested those needs never had done updated… poor service and attitude problem of non accessible for me as deaf patient…didn’t get any report about my health etc… then my mom had to call them why can’t I get report of my result… they heard her and plan to send in mail… why don’t they did this to me too ? It gives me no good report about them… I don’t recommended any deaf go there.

Celina S: Yesterday my 14-year-old daughter needed to be seen because her recent Helix ear piercing became infected so much so that we could not remove it ourselves, because it was so swollen and painful. We were able to walk in register and be seen within the hour, and the doctor was so sweet, gentle and kind in the situation and was able to numb her ear locally and remove the piercings for us. He also prescribed an antibiotic so that we can make sure that the infection goes away. I was so absolutely grateful that they were able to get us in and give her some relief very quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care.
