Lindsey Ruscoe: I wouldnt recommend this physicians office. Ive had a few issues but the more recent issue was the icing on the cake, when they billed me $50 to tell me my blood test results were of no concern. A less than 3 minute phone call. They gave me wrong information, and my insurance even called to figure it out. She told me shes never heard of an office not offering to put a hold on a bill before being sent to collections less than 6 months old. Just save yourself, this physicians office isnt worth the sneaky bills and they dont work with you at all.

Holly Garrett: Doctors and nurses are amazing people. The hospital was really nice. I also had a great interaction with the help desk lady and told her how amazing the staff was and all the nurses. These women and a few men work hard for people there. And the experience wasn’t as long as I thought. The staff was all wearing holiday gear which made me feel welcome. They valet your car there which was really nice. And the view from the waiting area was beautiful.

When I found this office and had my first appointment with Dani, she listens and takes my concerns seriously. She’s kind and makes me feel completely comfortable with any topic of medical discussion. I have now gone to her for years and it was my best choice choosing her. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor’s but knowing I have Dani who my appointment is with, I’m not nervous and I know I’m in good hands.

But today i went to southwest for the first time and had a great experience from beginning to end! Its literally been 10 years since i had been in an ER! The nurses were so helpful and patience and especially nice! Made me feel comfortable! All hospitals are currently so busy but they treated me with priority either way got me in and out of there! Saw the PA Tom also great! I wish i had gotten the nurses names they were both so sweet and helpful!

Was in the process of leaving when staff came out to bring me back for appointment. Appointment lasted about 10 min because of insurance issues. I had not been previously contacted by United Healthcare or my insurance so the appointment was a waste of mine and the Dr’s time.
