2 /5 Bluesky3815: Was asked to arrive 10 min before appointment which I did, however, I had to wait an hour in the lobby. Was in the process of leaving when staff came out to bring me back for appointment. Appointment lasted about 10 min because of insurance issues. I had not been previously contacted by United Healthcare or my insurance so the appointment was a waste of mine and the Dr’s time.

5 /5 Cookie Myers: I have been very satisfied with all areas of my care. I have been in a lot of pain and the entire staff are so caring and considerate. They have very professional staff and doctors. I would highly recommend anyone to contact them for any health concerns. I especially appreciate the fact that I can also receive my X-rays as well as my physical therapy here as well. Thank you for such amazing care that I have received. Frances Myers

5 /5 Michael Swain: I am a new Patient at the Health point location in Temecula. The check in process was nice and easy since I already had the new patient packet filled out Prior which helped. I was seen by Dr. Hui and he was very helpful and listened to my issues and had a plan that worked for me. The staff were all very nice and professional. I will be seeing Dr. Hui again. It’s always good to find a Dr that works with you. Especially with all the choices out there and some Dr’s I feel just try to see as many patients as they can and do not really listen to your issues not Dr Hui he was great reason for making another appointment.

Nayer Ragheb, P.T. conducted my initial assessment with professionalism, making me feel comfortable from the start. Daisys kindness and helpfulness are remarkable, always assisting with a smile. Jonell Johnson, my PTA, is extraordinary; her compassionate and precise approach has significantly boosted my confidence in managing my mobility. I am thankful for the supportive and team-oriented environment at Healthpointe and look forward to continued progress.

5 /5 Louis Dudash: I cannot remember her name due to a motorcycle accident I had that caused me memory issues, but she is very professional and explains everything to me. She is very patient and understanding when she has to repeat directions at my Physical Therapy appointments which is greatly appreciated. She is very clear that I need to be on time for my appointments as to not interfere with other appointments, will also take me in a little early when her schedule will allow.
