Stacia Salassa I switched to Dr. Gisi about a year ago. She’s been very thorough and great but I’ve had multiple issues with staff not sending referrals, orders and prescriptions correctly. I constantly have to follow up to request copies and only get call backs about half the time.

marisol santiago Dr Sylvia Gisi been my doctor for 19 years is one of the best doctor I had ever had. She will be my doctor until its time for me to depart from this world. I highly highly recommend her to everyone. I love you DR Gissi.

M J I went to her a few times because I wanted to give her a fair review. She did absolutely nothing to help me. I wont waste my time going to see her again. Changing primary fast.

Lindsey Ruscoe I wouldnt recommend this physicians office. Ive had a few issues but the more recent issue was the icing on the cake, when they billed me $50 to tell me my blood test results were of no concern. A less than 3 minute phone call. They gave me wrong information, and my insurance even called to figure it out. She told me shes never heard of an office not offering to put a hold on a bill before being sent to collections less than 6 months old. Just save yourself, this physicians office isnt worth the sneaky bills and they dont work with you at all.

Death One The Orange (Oranged) She was negligent with paperwork causing me to lose a week’s pay at work. She was not sympathetic to the situation she put me in. Also no one even reviewed my MRI until I asked them too.

Daniel Ertel Outstanding experience with Dr. Rhee. She is very thorough and listened to all of my health concerns.

Marlene Gonzalez Doctors are good, at least the ones that I’ve seen. However, their billing department is complex and not very helpful. They denied my prescription refill due to having a balance that I was not really aware of. I had to go on my vacation without the medication that I needed. This is completely unacceptable. If you need to see one of their doctors, do it but make sure you have all the issues with your account dealt with before you leave their office.

Bluesky3815 Was asked to arrive 10 min before appointment which I did, however, I had to wait an hour in the lobby. Was in the process of leaving when staff came out to bring me back for appointment. Appointment lasted about 10 min because of insurance issues. I had not been previously contacted by United Healthcare or my insurance so the appointment was a waste of mine and the Dr’s time.

Cookie Myers I have been very satisfied with all areas of my care. I have been in a lot of pain and the entire staff are so caring and considerate. They have very professional staff and doctors. I would highly recommend anyone to contact them for any health concerns. I especially appreciate the fact that I can also receive my X-rays as well as my physical therapy here as well. Dr.Phelps and Dr.Connie truly care about your wellbeing and take the time to discuss and investigate your concerns. I love that they are connected the 24hr urgent care so they can easily access my records if necessary. Online scheduling is a breeze. I recommend Temecula Family Medicine if you are looking to get friendly quality care.

Shearl Purcell Ive recently restarted my medical health journey after several years of avoiding doctors due to medical gaslighting, insurance issues, etc. Finding Dr. Connie and Dr. Phelps has been a blessing. They are professional and arent just there to prescribe something for a particular ailments. They aim to find each patient quality of life and they take the time to listen and understand each patient and give them the respect and humanity they need, which makes a scary journey like getting medical help feel not as overwhelming through their reassurance. Also the nurses, especially Bethany (sp) have been kind, responsive and helpful. Plus their digital patient portal makes it easier to view medical records, test results, doctor recommendations all in one source. The practice is fresh, clean and organized, though small, which only concerns me since at how busy theyll be once more word gets out at how great this practice is!

Freedom Rescue, Inc Our Director ended up having to go to the ER here and they were absolutely wonderful. It didn’t hurt that they weren’t busy, but they took systematic steps and kept things moving. For in, Taken care of, and out rather fast. Truly appreciate their staff and the hospital itself

Jessica Lopez The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful and interested in me and my health issues. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and to the point and order everything I needed quickly. She explained everything clearly before and after my diagnosis. The discharge paperwork and nurse went over everything to be sure I understood my care. The ultrasound technicians were very careful and thorough in my exams and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I really appreciated the staff coming out to the waiting and keeping me updated through the process. Excellent quality care was given by all. Thank you so very much for caring and showing it.

Susan Marston I have been going to this medical group for over 6 years. Love dr. Olah. I called in the morning & asked to get a prescription to medicine to help with my COVID symptoms. I spent a lot of time in the hospital when my husband stayed there for his surgeries and probably picked it up there..My husband just got out of hospital from heart surgery and I needed to get better to take care of him. I left a message of how important this was. The person I talked to did not speak English well. Called back later in the day and the new person said it could be 1-2 days before someone will call. I drove to office. The receptionist told me dr Olah isn’t in on Mondays & to go & wait in the car and someone will call you. I waited over an hour for someone to call back. Meanwhile my husband is home alone. I went through the tribulations of computer hacking switching to Polomar & now back to Graybill. This is not the way a long time patient should be treated. I love Dr Olah but I will be looking for a new provider. Get your act together Graybill or you will lose more people. Feel free to contact me.

Rewa Kamel I have been with this docter for along time she is the best! She is the best listener she takes time with you as much as you need and she answer all my question. My husband is a disabled and you have a lot of special orders and stuff and she do all of his orders. I love her so much.

Cherry Chaser Dr. Jackson is so honest, kind, sweet, gentle, caring and so informative. Everything you would want your ob dr to be. We met under unfortunate circumstances but I’m so glad for her sweet heart and soul during my difficult journey. I would go back to her for all my girly needs and you won’t be sorry if you go to her. This office was so quick and clean. Amazing n refreshing to be at a good dr office

Daniel Hernandez We loved this place for our first baby boy! The staff is very friendly, nice and relatable. You can tell they all genuinely care and have a passion for what they do! Dr Kendra Jones was with from the very beginning to when we found out we were expecting to delivering our first child. Dr Jones was very knowledgeable and straight forward which I loved. She gave us her honest suggestions/opinions every time and always provided it with her best judgment for the baby. She did an excellent job all around. My wife and love her very much and are glad she was able to be apart of our special day!

Maryann Maguire The very best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Every single member of the staff was so nice. They took such good care of me and they were so through with my testing and really helped me. I was able to breathe better after leaving the office.I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with urgent care. This is the only place I will go for my family and myself. I would give 10 starts if I could! Thank you to all of the staff they are excellent!!!

Lorenzo Warfel USELESS? It’s kind of useless coming here as they don’t prescribe medications according to a patient’s needs. For instance, my family member had to get x-rays after suffering an excruciating pain due to a major hit and they didn’t even give them ibuprofen! One of the staff said it’s due to substance abuse issues in the area, not true! The staff were giggling and having a jolly time instead of doing their jobs! The only reason we came here was because it’s a 24hr clinic and they have the x-ray machine on-site. We also saw that they had an online check-in system where you can sign-in before you arrive! Everything looked promising, yet we still waited over two and half hours!

Erika Mejia I visited this hospital yesterday due to severe pain and had a very disappointing experience. It took over four hours before they finally diagnosed me with a UTI. Getting a CT scan took more than 2.5 hours, and I had to wait another two hours just to be told I was going home with antibiotics. Despite having a 102°F fever and severe back pain, there was no bed available for me to lay on the entire time. Throughout my visit, some staff members who seemed to be supervisors were walking around asking patients questions about their experience, almost like a survey, when all I wanted was to be left alone to deal with my pain. The only male nurse who treated me well was the one who took me to get my CT scan. Unfortunately, the others were rough when placing and removing my IV and during discharge. This was by far the worst ER experience I’ve had, and next time, I will go to a different hospital. I do not recommend this ER for emergency care.

Friend. I went into the emergency room expecting to wait forever but was very pleasantly surprised with how well organized they seemed to be. I was given multiple tests and checked in all quickly and with care. The doctor took my complaints seriously and determined I have pneumonia that hadnt been seen on previous chest x-rays. Overall as good an experience as I can imagine for an emergency room. Thanks for your care.

Holly Garrett Doctors and nurses are amazing people. The hospital was really nice. I also had a great interaction with the help desk lady and told her how amazing the staff was and all the nurses. These women and a few men work hard for people there. And the experience wasn’t as long as I thought. The staff was all wearing holiday gear which made me feel welcome. They valet your car there which was really nice. And the view from the waiting area was beautiful.

Kimberley Brownwood Today we had to take our daughter to the emergency room, she was at our church playing on the monkey bars, slipped and tried to use her arm to catch herself and it was such a scary moment for my daughter and us. But I wanted to compliment the team there who took such great care of her and made her feel so special and comfortable. Rick The head nurse checked in on our daughter to make sure she was in good hands, and Adam brought her a teddy bear and popsicle. It was really kind of them to go above and beyond to make her feel special and cared for. thank you inland valley emergency!!!

Robert Smith I scheduled a consultation for my wife due to the high blood pressure and blood thinner medications she was taking that made her sick 24 hours a day. The first consultation ended up with a request for lab extensive lab work which was expected. Our expectation on the return consultation proved useless. No plan other than some hormone cream which has nothing to do with what we were after in ultimately getting to the root cause of her condition and eliminating the pharmaceuticals. I’m totally confused on what they actually do for someone looking for non mainstream medical help, it wasn’t there. We were left with the thoughts of what a waste of time and money. Seriously deficient in their ability to set up a treatment plan and zero follow through.

L B I took my daughter today after I’ve been seen , I wish they had more insurance options but everyone should know about this type of Health care, Luke Fisk has been amazing to me and now my daughter she feels for the first time that she has some answers, Regular doctors prescribe this Dr gets on our level figures out the root of the issues. I won’t ever do a regular primary again without seeing a intergrative Doctor first . I wish the office staff was as caring as the doctors but overall an amazing experience!

Vivian Soto Horrible. Yes that is my first word on here. The nurses are amazing the staff is over all very nice. Now that doctor Laura, is the bad person here. She denied my FMLA leave mind you I was working is sanitation services. CHEMICALS. I even went homeless and every visit she kept asking what was my job. She doesn’t even bother to remember her patients let alone actually care for them. She even tried getting me on insulin when I did not even need it. She tried giving me every diabetic “medicine” in the book. My glucose were never that high. But maybe she was. Very rude when you try talking to her she will just talk over you so please don’t waste your breath. I do not recommend this “doctor” to any pregnant momma especially the new moms to be. Please avoid the headaches. I hope I save some from going through what I went through. I denied the 3rd 3 hour glucose test due to being bruised by the pokes from not finding my veins. And because I refused she tried forcing me again to do it or be transferred, glad I transferred instead. BYE. No thank you . Zero stars if I could. Please save yourself and your unborn child.

Frank Tapia I had an amazing experience at neighborhood ! The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued. My doctor was exceptional - warm, empathetic, and thoroughly explained everything. The phlebotomist was gentle and made me feel safe. The office was efficient, clean, and comfortable. Im deeply grateful for the top-notch care and highly recommend this office!

N T DR/PA Ernest is the best physician possible when you need a speedy diagnosis and caring ear. He has helped many members in my family and we all love his bed side manner. He thinks outside the box when there are questions and makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find compassionate medical care these days. Highly recommend

laura deyo Horrible MD (DR Vincent) my husband just went into a visit with him. My husband has been having horrible pain in his rotator cuff. It started while working as an ICU nurse in the COVID ICUs. He walked in the room per my husband and was in there less than 3 minutes. Us both being RNs I know you cannot possibly bill our insurance for that new visit contact which insurance allots 15-30 minutes when you spent 3 minutes in the room. When you don’t address his concerns about his rotator cuff and just blame it on…”ahhh man it’s just sports pain”. Sports pains? For deep rotator cuff pain dude? Mr. Vincent we are both are in the medical field do better. Horrible bedside manner. As an ER nurse in pediatrics if you came to me with your child and I only made contact for 45 seconds how would you feel?

Gavin Steed I find it rare for a doctor to take the time and make me feel heard. From moment I enter the office I am always greeted by helpful and seasoned staff. I made Dr. Paul my primary over a year ago and its been the best decision Ive made for my health in years. She always gives me direct clear answers on my questions and guidance with each visit made fun with her lively fun attitude towards life. I would recommend Dr. Paul to anyone, especially Seniors and VA. Thank you Dr. Paul for everything.
