5 /5 Maryann Maguire: The very best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Every single member of the staff was so nice. They took such good care of me and they were so through with my testing and really helped me. I was able to breathe better after leaving the office.I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with urgent care. This is the only place I will go for my family and myself. I would give 10 starts if I could! Thank you to all of the staff they are excellent!!!

2 /5 Lorenzo Warfel: USELESS? It’s kind of useless coming here as they don’t prescribe medications according to a patient’s needs. For instance, my family member had to get x-rays after suffering an excruciating pain due to a major hit and they didn’t even give them ibuprofen! One of the staff said it’s due to substance abuse issues in the area, not true! The staff were giggling and having a jolly time instead of doing their jobs! The only reason we came here was because it’s a 24hr clinic and they have the x-ray machine on-site. We also saw that they had an online check-in system where you can sign-in before you arrive! Everything looked promising, yet we still waited over two and half hours!

2 /5 Robert Jones: I recently visited Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care and had a mixed experience. My initial visit was quite positive; the doctor was attentive and prescribed a medication cocktail that provided relief from my stomach inflammation. I genuinely appreciated the prompt care and the effectiveness of the treatment. However, my follow-up experience left much to be desired. I called to request approval for a refill that I was sent home with of the same medication, only to be informed that I would need to return to the clinic since the original doctor was not in the office. This was frustrating, considering the urgent nature of my condition and the fact that I would have to make a 30-minute trip while feeling sick, only to pay another $50 co-pay. It seems unnecessary to have to recount my medical history to a different doctor when they already had my records on file from the previous day. I’m only asking for the same prescription, that was prescribed 24 hours ago?! This situation felt like a lack of consideration for me. A simple refill could have alleviated my discomfort without the need for a repeat visit. Shame on you Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care! Please streamline your processes in the future to avoid inconveniencing patients who are already struggling with health issues.

4 /5 Bryce Morton: I was getting a urine drug screen at an 0805 appt. The desk receptionist and subsequently the shift manager were both professional, efficient, and helpful.,There was some question (on my part) regarding protocol and the manager ( name?) walked me through it patiently and clearly. I’m a physician and this isn’t always an easy task. It’s a tricky thing,, trying to balance urinating volume with the anticipated wait. When I started to get very uncomfortable I was processed,,again with the help and empathy of the manager, expediently. Everyone involved was respectful and professional. Much appreciated. It was early, and no one in waiting room so I’m sure that helped. That hasn’t always been my experience at Urgent Care so this visit was particularly smooth and easy.
