The nurses are amazing the staff is over all very nice. Now that doctor Laura, is the bad person here. She denied my FMLA leave mind you I was working is sanitation services. CHEMICALS. I even went homeless and every visit she kept asking what was my job. She doesn’t even bother to remember her patients let alone actually care for them. She even tried getting me on insulin when I did not even need it. She tried giving me every diabetic “medicine” in the book. My glucose were never that high. But maybe she was. Very rude when you try talking to her she will just talk over you so please don’t waste your breath. I do not recommend this “doctor” to any pregnant momma especially the new moms to be. Please avoid the headaches. I hope I save some from going through what I went through. I denied the 3rd 3 hour glucose test due to being bruised by the pokes from not finding my veins. And because I refused she tried forcing me again to do it or be transferred, glad I transferred instead. BYE. No thank you . Zero stars if I could. Please save yourself and your unborn child.
Neighborhood Healthcare Temecula Pkwy - Temecula Kayan D.: Absolutely terrible experience. I am considered high risk for miscarriage and found myself with new insurance and pregnant and not having established care anywhere yet and made an appointment here. I know the insurance I have and I know I need a prior authorization in order to be seen at the high risk obgyn clinic. They refused to even see me to write the prior authorization. Funny that cuz to me that really just says "we dont want to treat you but we dont want you to be able to be treated elsewhere either" this place either lacks compassion or critical thinking skills
Temecula Valley OB/GYN Medical Associates, Inc. - Murrieta Cherry Chaser: Dr. Jackson is so honest, kind, sweet, gentle, caring and so informative. Everything you would want your ob dr to be. We met under unfortunate circumstances but I’m so glad for her sweet heart and soul during my difficult journey. I would go back to her for all my girly needs and you won’t be sorry if you go to her. This office was so quick and clean. Amazing n refreshing to be at a good dr office
Rancho Family Medical Group- Urgent Care 79S - Temecula N T: DR/PA Ernest is the best physician possible when you need a speedy diagnosis and caring ear. He has helped many members in my family and we all love his bed side manner. He thinks outside the box when there are questions and makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find compassionate medical care these days.

Carbon Health Urgent Care Temecula - Temecula Nicole Razon: Great urgent care experience. I booked an appointment for my mom, and she was called back right after we checked in at the front desk. The location is convenient for us. The staff were professional and kind, and the clinic itself is modern and clean.
The whole process was really fast. My mom’s medical concern was minor, so it was a simple check and a prescription for an antibiotic. It was definitely faster than our experiences at the Minute Clinic and other urgent care clinics in the area, and I’m sure having an appointment helped.
The wait time can be long without an appointment, which is pretty standard for urgent care, so I’d recommend booking ahead if you don’t want to wait for hours.
Overall, it was an easy, professional, and great experience. Would highly recommend!
Temecula Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Womens Health Clinic - Anita Jackson, M.D. - Temecula Khorshid Davtalab: I have been a patient of Dr. Anita Jackson for at least 7 years now. She has helped me so much. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone. My only complaint is the nurse practitioner. She was incompetent and very rude. I will be very happy when Anita Jackson returns from her vacation. I recommend anyone to see Dr. Anita Jackson, but the nurse practitioner is a definite note for me
Childrens Primary Care Medical Group Temecula - Temecula Alexandria Stopsen: We LOVE Dr. Robbins however the excessive wait times are awful. I waited almost 3 hours yesterday with my 4 month old, there is no way I could’ve done this with my toddler. The front desk staff isn’t the nicest either and seemed very annoyed when I asked for an updated wait time. I get things happen but we’ve had crazy long waits now with every appt with our new baby.
Temecula Valley Emergency Services - Temecula Lindsay Rogers: I came to this ER with symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure, including lethargy, lightheadedness, difficulty breathing, nausea, and a headache. While the actual medical care I received was appropriate, my overall experience was frustrating due to poor initial triage, dismissive attitudes, and hostage-like delays in discharge.
Upon arrival, I was not immediately assessed or even asked what was wrong. Instead, I was told to sit and wait, despite experiencing symptoms that could have led to unconsciousness. It took 30 minutes to get into an ER room and another 15-20 minutes before I was seen by a doctor—a concerning delay for a potentially life-threatening condition. Once I was in a room, I received oxygen therapy, an EKG, X-rays, and a CT scan. However, the physician I saw was patronizing and dismissive, questioning how I knew my home’s CO levels despite my detector alarming at over 300 ppm. The most frustrating part was at discharge. Despite being medically stable, I was prevented from leaving until the fire department checked my home. When I was finally allowed to leave, staff made dismissive remarks about my concerns, further underscoring their lack of patient-centered care.
The medical care itself was fine, but the poor triage process, dismissive physician, and refusal to respect my autonomy made this a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not return to this ER unless absolutely necessary.
